Conventional technology Conventionally, this type of device was developed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
The structure of publication No. 107846 is provided. In this conventional structure, the workpieces transported by the main transport device are unloaded from the main transport device by the entrance-side transfer device, and then transferred from the entrance-side transfer device to the processing section transport device installed in the processing chamber. handing over things. Next, the object to be processed is intermittently transported within the processing chamber by the processing section transport device, and is subjected to processing such as painting during this period. The workpiece that has reached the end of the processing chamber is received by the exit side transfer device, and then loaded (returned) into the main transfer device. The processing section conveyance device is of the shuttle conveyor type, and conveys the pallets supporting the objects to be conveyed at a predetermined pitch by a combined operation of a conveyance bar that is moved by pushing and pulling, and a lifting table (rotary table) that is moved up and down. It is fed at a constant speed and intermittently.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Incidentally, it is sufficient if the objects to be processed are of the same type, but in reality, different types of objects are transported in long and short cycles. In this case, in the above-mentioned conventional formation, since the material is intermittently progressively fed at a constant speed, it is not possible to carry out the processing operation while transporting the material at a high speed, for example. Further, large noise is generated during the reciprocating operation of the processing unit transport device. Furthermore, since the time for pulling (returning) the conveyance bar must be incorporated into the time cycle, efficient work cannot be expected. Note that instead of the shuttle conveyor type, a chain conveyor type is also adopted as a processing unit conveyance device, but even this type cannot convey at high speed and also generates a large amount of noise. Especially in the evacuation route of the painting department, the movement of moving objects is 2 times a day.
Since it takes ~3 times and about 1 to 2 hours, providing a chain conveyor would be a huge waste. Furthermore, in both types, the operating section of the processing section transport device cannot be easily cleaned, and cleaning cannot be performed unless the operation is stopped.

In the above embodiment, the passive body 2 is connected to the driving protrusion 38.
0 has been shown to engage and disengage, but this is due to the passive body 2
The driving protrusion 38 may be of a type that engages and disengages with respect to zero. Further, although the moving body 1 is shown as a cart type that runs on the floor, it may also be a suspended conveyance type that runs on the ceiling side. Furthermore, although a format in which four trolleys are used as the moving body 1 is shown, various formats may be employed, such as, for example, three trolleys.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, the movable body supporting the conveyed object via the support device can receive the propulsive force of the self-propelled vehicle and travel in an integrated manner through the engagement action of the engagement and disengagement device. Therefore, the conveyance speed can be freely switched by controlling the speed of the self-propelled vehicle. Furthermore, since the application of propulsive force by a self-propelled vehicle is a one-way operation and does not require a return motion, efficient work can be expected, and furthermore, by using a self-propelled vehicle, the vehicle can be driven with extremely low noise. By driving a self-propelled vehicle having a cleaning function into the self-propelled vehicle travel route at a timely manner, cleaning can be easily performed without stopping the intended operation. Furthermore, the cover can minimize the intrusion of foreign matter into the travel route. In particular, the present invention can be advantageously adopted for conveyance in a retreat route of a coating section where the number of operations and time required are small.
