軸がチエーンの内側でかつ被動スプロケツトの近
傍に配置され、この支持軸と前記テンシヨナスリ
ツパが前記チエーンをまたぐアーム部材で連結さ
れているとともに、テンシヨナスリツパをチエー
ンの被動スプロケツトへの噛込部近傍まで延出し
