転ボタンで階床床面と乗りかご床面とを合せて停
止し、1階床上の階へ階段を昇つて行き上階ホー
ルのドアーを開いて乗りかご上へ乗り込まなくて
はならないが、階床ピツチが高い場合には、階床
床面と乗りかご上面とに段差が生じ極めて危険な
状態で乗り込むことになり実際には1人で実施可
能な作業でも安全上2人で行なつているのが現状
である。

上記の目的を達成するため、本発明は、所定の
階床に乗かごを停止させた状態から、保守員が下
降指令手段により乗かごを下降させ、乗かごの上
面と特定階床の床面とがほぼ一致するまで乗かご
が下降したとき、これを位置検出装置で検出さ
せ、この検出により乗かごの下降を停止する指令
を停止指令手段から出力するようにしたことを特
徴とする。

乗り込み用ボタン、17はエレベーター保守運転

ツチ8、保守運転準備用スイツチ12、乗り込み
用ボタン16は乗りかご内運転盤に設けられてい

OFFし、低速用リレー10をONする。次に保守
運転準備用スイツチ12を投入して乗り込み用ボ
タン16を押し、上階階床床面Aへ出て待機す
る。乗り込み用ボタン16を押すと、乗り込み用
リレー13がONする。ここで保守運転準備用ス
イツチ12は手を離しても投入し続ける構造とな
つており、乗り込み用ボタン6は手を離すと、も
との状態に復旧する。乗り込み用リレー13は乗
り込み用リレーのa接点13a1により自己保持す
る。次に、乗り込み用リレー13がONすると、
乗り込み用リレーのa接点13a2によりDN用タ
イムリレー15が時限をカウントし始め、一定時
限経過するとタイムアツプしてDN用タイムリレ
ー15はONする。DN用タイムリレー15がON
すると、エレベーターにDN指令が与えられエレ
ベーターは低速でDN走行し始める。エレベータ
ーがDN走行を続けて、第1図点線位置に到達す
ると、乗り込み位置検出スイツチ5が乗り込み位
置検出スイツチ作動カム6により作動し、乗り込
み位置検出リレー14がONする。乗り込み位置
検出用リレー14がONすると、乗り込み位置検
出リレーのb接点14bにより乗り込み用リレー
13はOFFし、乗り込み用リレーのa接点13
a2の開離によりDN用タイムリレー15がOFFす
る。このためエレベーターに与えられていたDN
指令がなくなり、エレベーターは上階階床床面A
と乗りかご上面Cが合つた状態(第1図点線図
示)で停止する。次に上階階床床面Aで待機して
いた保守員は、上階出入口1のドアーロツクを解
錠して出入口ドアーを開き、乗りかご上にある運
転切り替えスイツチ7を下方に操作し乗りかご上
での運転を可能とする。乗りかご上運転に切り替
えると乗りかご内低速リレー10はOFFし、乗
りかご上低速リレー11がONする。乗りかご上
低速リレー11がONすると、乗りかご上低速リ
レーのb接点11bによりエレベーターの保守運
転回路は無効となり、保守員は乗りかご上に乗り
込み保守作業を開始する。

るタイムリレーとで構成されていることを特徴と
