BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Recently, hand-dyed fabrics, threads, etc., are becoming increasingly common in households. The reasons for this are, for example, dark-colored cotton products such as black socks lose their color rapidly, and white shirts tend to yellow and require re-dying, or commercially available clothing colors do not suit one's taste. This is thought to be due to the increasing demand for redying handmade cloth products and for dyeing handmade cloth products.

The main steps of normal dyeing are the process of dissolving the dye together with a dyeing aid in water or hot water to create a dye solution, and dyeing by immersing the dye to be dyed, such as cloth, in the dye solution and stirring while heating. The dyed chromosomes are squeezed and washed with water. When this is done at home, everyday items such as bathtubs, washing machines, and stoves are used.

However, dyeing using a bathtub requires stirring for a long time with a stick or the like, which requires a great deal of labor and is inefficient. Furthermore, dyeing using a washing machine requires complicated work such as transferring the dye solution to a separate container and reheating it when it cools down. In either method, it is time consuming and there are problems with safety, hygiene, and cleaning of used items after dyeing.

An automatic staining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 is a sectional view thereof. Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer container whose top surface is opened and closed by attaching and removing a lid 2, and an operating section 3 is disposed at the edge of the top surface as shown in FIG. The operation section 3 is provided with a timer 31, a motor rotation speed setting section 32, a heater temperature adjustment section 33, a buzzer 34 for notifying the end of the timer 31, and the like. Further, a heater 4 and a motor coil 5 are arranged on the bottom surface of the outer container 1, and the electric power supplied to each is controlled by the operation of the heater temperature adjustment section 33 and motor rotation speed setting section 32. It looks like this. Note that the heater 4 needs to be of an embedded type so as not to cause various troubles even if it gets wet, and the coil 5 needs to be of a waterproof type.

When the temperature of the dyeing solution reaches a predetermined temperature, place the chromosomal target B such as clothing into the inner container 6, reset the timer 31 and motor rotation speed setting section 32 to predetermined setting values for the dyeing process,
Stirring of the chromosome B and the staining solution A is continued until the timer 31 runs out (until the buzzer 34 sounds) to carry out staining. Once the dyeing is finished, take out the inner container 6 from the outer container 1, drain the dyeing solution, add new water and turn on the stirring blade 7 again.
Rotate and wash with water. Repeat this water washing operation several times to complete.
