[Prior Art] In order to clean the inner surfaces of heat exchanger tubes, a cleaning device for heat exchangers connects and communicates a chemical tank containing a chemical solution with openings at both ends of the heat exchanger tubes through a chemical hose. Although the chemical solution is configured to be forcedly circulated by a pump or the like, the connection mechanism between the chemical solution hose and the heat transfer tube is fixedly connected so as to withstand the feeding pressure of the chemical solution, etc. to be forcedly circulated. However, this structure does not allow for easy attachment and detachment of the chemical solution hose.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] When cleaning the heat exchanger tubes of a heat exchanger using the cleaning device, it is necessary to exchange and circulate two or more types of chemical solutions or to clean the inside of the heat exchanger tubes during cleaning. In order to increase cleaning efficiency by brushing, it has become necessary to repeatedly attach and detach the chemical hose from the heat transfer tube depending on the process. Therefore, especially when cleaning multiple heat transfer tubes in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger at the same time, the connection mechanism for the chemical hose has a structure that prevents leakage of the chemical and allows for easy connection and removal with one touch. It is preferable that the material is moist. However, in conventional cleaning equipment for heat exchangers, the connection mechanism between the chemical hose and the heat transfer tube has a problem in that it cannot meet these demands. There has been a desire for a cleaning device for heat exchangers that has a chemical hose connection mechanism with good properties.

Next, the pump 5 is operated while filling the chemical tank 4 of the cleaning device 3 with water to blow the inside of the heat exchanger tube 2, and after the blowing is completed, the connection opening 10 of the other end 2b of the heat exchanger tube 2 is opened. The other end 17b of the chemical hose 17 is connected to the nozzle 4a of the chemical tank 4.
The pump operation is then restarted, and water is circulated between the chemical tank 4 and the heat transfer tubes 2. Thereafter, a corrosion inhibitor is added to the circulating water, and an acid solution and a reducing agent of a predetermined concentration are further added to perform acid cleaning.

After the acid cleaning is completed, the inside of the heat transfer tube 2 is washed with water, the chemical hoses 7 and 17 are removed, and the inside of the heat transfer tube 2 is brushed. Brushing can be performed using a flexible shaft having brushes of various sizes at its tip and a driving means such as an electric drill for driving the flexible shaft.

When clogging is no longer recognized, a neutralizing agent is added to the chemical bath 4 and circulated inside the heat transfer tube 2, and after neutralization, water cleaning and brushing are performed in the same manner as in the case of acid cleaning.

Finally, the chemical solution hoses 7 and 17 are connected to the heat transfer tube 2 again, water is filled in the chemical solution tank 4 and heated, a neutralized rust preventive agent is added, and the mixture is circulated inside the heat transfer tube 2.
After the neutralization and rust prevention treatment is completed, the operation of the pump 5 is stopped and the chemical solution is discharged, and then the connection between the heat exchanger tube 2 and the chemical solution hoses 7 and 17 is released, and the work is completed.

In the above work, the pressure of the fluid circulating inside the chemical hoses 7 and 17 and the heat transfer tube 2 is approximately 2 kg/cm 2
However, the fixed magnet 11 allows the tapered surface 14 of the sealing material 13 to connect to the connection opening 10 of the heat exchanger tube 2.
Since it is securely crimped to the inside, there is no risk of the circulating chemical solution leaking outside. Furthermore, if the heat transfer tube 2 becomes clogged during the circulation of the chemical solution, the connecting portion of the chemical solution hose 7 to the heat transfer tube 2 will receive a reaction force of approximately 10 kg, but this can be sufficiently suppressed by the magnetic force of the fixed magnet 11. Since the connecting jig 9 is constructed around the base material 12, it has sufficient strength even in the direction perpendicular to the axis.

In addition, in the above cleaning work, it is necessary to frequently attach and detach the chemical solution hoses 7, 17 and the heat transfer tube 2 in each work process. 2, the connection jig 9 with a tapered surface 14 is inserted into the connection opening 10 of the heat transfer tube 2, and this is fixed by a fixed magnet 11. , 17 and the heat exchanger tube 2 can be reliably attached and detached with a single touch.

Further, in the embodiment described above, an example was shown in which the cleaning work was performed on one heat exchanger tube 2, but it is possible to use the cleaning device 3 of this embodiment to clean a plurality of heat exchanger tubes at the same time. It goes without saying that there is.

As explained above, according to the present invention, in a cleaning device for heat exchanger tubes 2 of heat exchangers, the tapered surface 14 on the outer periphery of the connection jig 9 connected to the tip of the cleaning chemical hose is connected to the connection of the heat exchanger tubes 2. At the same time as they are inserted into the opening 10 and pressed into contact, the magnetic fixing means provided on the connection jig 9 via the attachment member 16 is magnetically fixed in the vicinity of the connection opening 10 of the heat transfer tube 2. The heat exchanger tube and the heat exchanger tube can be connected with sufficient airtightness and can be easily attached and detached with one touch, and the above-mentioned cleaning work can be carried out efficiently and safely.

In other words, in insertion pressure welding using only the tapered surface 14, if cleaning work is performed at high pressure, the chemical hose may come out, which is dangerous. To avoid this danger, if the tapered surface is strongly pushed into the heat transfer tube, Although the attachment and detachment work is time consuming and inefficient, in the present invention, by combining this with a magnetic fixing means, it is possible to provide a cleaning device that is safe and has good attachment and detachment workability.
