BACKGROUND ART In recent years, with the trend of expanding the scale of parking facilities, there are many cases in which multiple parking devices are installed in underground parking spaces. In this case, normally, the above-mentioned entrance and exit, a vehicle waiting room attached thereto, a vehicle entry room, a hoistway, and an elevating lift are installed as a set independently for each parking device of the customer service. The vehicle waiting room described above requires a fairly large space because it is often provided with a turntable for changing the direction of the vehicle so that the vehicle can safely drive forward onto an external road. Also,
The above-ground parts of buildings are often used for offices, stores, etc., and as mentioned above, there is a tendency to keep the space occupied by such spaces as vehicle waiting rooms, which require a large amount of space, to the minimum necessary. Therefore, even if there are a plurality of parking devices, it is necessary to share the entrance/exit and the vehicle waiting room with all the parking devices. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to develop technologies such as the arrangement of each vehicle's entry room and hoistway, the means of entering and exiting vehicles from one entry/exit entrance to each vehicle entry and exit, and ensuring safety when entering and exiting the vehicle. There are many issues that need to be solved.

(Means for Solving Problems) The mechanical parking equipment according to the present invention includes a plurality of sets of the parking device, hoistway, lifting lift, rectangular opening, and vehicle entry room arranged in tandem in the vehicle entry direction, A communication port through which vehicles can pass is formed in the bulkhead that separates adjacent vehicle entrances, and an auxiliary pallet for vehicle passage is provided in the center of each row of vehicle entrances except for the last row farthest from the entrance. In addition, gates for preventing vehicle traffic are provided near the rear partition wall so that they can be raised and lowered in opposite directions by being linked to each other by appropriate lifting mechanisms, and the gates are connected to the communication opening when the auxiliary pallet is lowered and fitted into the rectangular opening. It is characterized in that it is retracted above the auxiliary pallet and lowered as the auxiliary pallet rises and retracts, thereby blocking the communication opening from vehicles.

(Function) In the case of two rows, the above-mentioned auxiliary pallet and gate are provided only in the vehicle entry compartment of the front row near the entrance/exit.
When loading or unloading from the front row, the auxiliary pallet is retracted upward, and the gate is in the lowered position, blocking the communication opening to the rear row from allowing vehicles to pass. In this state, the front row lifting lift carries the desired pallet and lifts up, and the pallet fits into the rectangular opening. Then, the entrance/exit door opens, and a vehicle enters or exits the pallet through the entrance/exit. . In particular, when a vehicle enters the pallet during storage, even if the vehicle driver misunderstands and tries to drive a single vehicle into the vehicle entry space in the rear row from the communication opening, the gate physically prevents the vehicle from entering.

Also, when entering and exiting the rear row, the front row lift is in the lowered position near the parking device, and the auxiliary pallet and gate descend and rise like a fishing bottle, so that the auxiliary pallet fits into the rectangular opening, and the gate fits into the communication opening. evacuate towards At the same time, the rear lift lift carries the desired pallet and moves up, and the pallet fits into the rectangular opening. Next, the entrance/exit door opens, and, for example, in the case of warehousing, the vehicle passes through the entrance/exit, the auxiliary pallet, and the communication opening, enters the vehicle access room in the rear row, and gets into the pallet.

Then, the lifting device 16 is driven again, and the lift 10
is lowered with pallet 6 and vehicle W loaded thereon, and stops at the original lowest position. At the final stage of this lowering operation, the pallet 6 mounted on the lift 10 and the pallet 6 at the left end of the front row of the parking device 4 are automatically connected. Therefore, by driving the parking device 4, the front row pallet group 6 moves one pallet to the right, and the vehicle W-mounted pallet 6 is transferred from the base plate 10a to the parking device 4. This completes the series of warehousing operations and returns to the initial state described above.

Subsequently, the desired empty pallet 5 is placed at the left corner of the rear row by the pallet circulation drive of the parking device 3, and the group of pallets 5 in the rear row moves one pallet to the left, so that the desired pallet 5 is placed on the base plate 9 of the lift 9.
It will be transferred to a. Next, by driving the lifting device 15, the lift 9 with the empty pallet 5 mounted thereon rises, and the pallet 5 fits into the rectangular opening 18, and the pallet 5 stops with the vehicle entrance surface 5a flush with the ground floor 17. do. Next, the door 25 opens and the vehicle W
enters the front row vehicle access room 20 from the entrance 22,
Get onto the pallet 5 (Fig. 5). At this time, as mentioned above, since the gate 43 blocks the lower part of the communication port 24, even if the driver of the vehicle W misunderstands and attempts to enter the rear vehicle access room 21 through the communication port 24, the gate 43 closes the lower part of the communication port 24. A gate 43 that is physically blocked and has a warning board 46 that is often visible to drivers.
Since it is displayed at the top center of the screen, there is no possibility of such a misunderstanding.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the mechanical parking equipment of the invention, auxiliary pallets for vehicular passage and auxiliary pallets for vehicular passage are installed in the vehicle entry compartments of each row except the last row farthest from the entrance/exit. Since the gate has been installed, vehicles in the rows other than the front row closest to the entrance/exit can be accessed by using auxiliary pallets from each row in a straight line through the vehicle entrances in each row and the communication opening in the bulkhead. I can do it, 1
It has the layout feature of being able to arrange multiple hoistways in tandem in the vehicle entry direction with one entrance/exit.
In addition, before the lift is raised, the auxiliary pallet is raised in the entry room for vehicles attempting to enter and exit the warehouse, and the gate is lowered in a manner similar to a fishing bottle, thereby blocking the communication opening to the rear row, preventing the driver from passing through. Unexpected accidents such as intruding into a row behind the target row by mistake and falling down the hoistway can be reliably prevented, and safety can be ensured without providing an expensive special opening/closing door for each communication port.
