In order to eliminate this drawback, if the air bag is divided into a plurality of parts and connected by ventilation pipes so that the internal air can be moved as the load increases, the tension state of the air bag can be released. However, if the air bag is simply located in a portion corresponding to the seat, when an unbalanced load is applied, the back portion on the side from which the internal air escapes will expand, giving the occupant a feeling of being pushed up.

Means for Solving the Problems In the motorcycle seat according to the present invention,
A secondary air bag with a relatively small capacity is connected to the rear side of the main air bag with a ventilation pipe, and the main air bag is assembled under the cushion form of the portion corresponding to the seat where the load of the occupant is applied, and the secondary air bag is attached to the seat. It is constructed by assembling and arranging it under the cushion form near the rear where the load of the person sitting off the seat portion is not applied.

Function When a large load from the occupant is applied to this motorcycle seat due to vibrations, etc., the internal air of the main air bag escapes to the secondary air bag, causing the seat portion, including the cushion form, to be deflected so as to sink deeply. The seater is not given the feeling of hitting the bottom due to being in a tense state. In addition, even if the secondary air bag is inflated by the moving air at that time, the secondary air bag is located near the rear of the seat area where the load of the occupant is not applied, so it will not inflate the occupant through the cushion form. There will be no situation where the system suddenly overflows.

As shown in FIG. 1, this motorcycle seat is constructed by placing a cushion form 1 made of foamed resin on the upper side of a seat frame 2 formed into a bread shape, and positioning the cushion form 1 on the lower side of the seat frame 2. The air bag 3 is then assembled inside the seat frame 2, and the end thereof is entirely covered with a seat skin 4 that is fixed to the seat frame 2.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the air bag 3 includes a main air bag 30 and a sub air bag 31 having a relatively small capacity.
1 is located on the rear side of the main air bag 20 and connected by left and right ventilation pipes 32 and 33, and is assembled. Of these, the main air bag 30 is assembled under the cushion form of the portion X corresponding to the seat portion on which the load of the occupant is applied. Further, the auxiliary air bag 31 is assembled and disposed at a rear portion Y away from a portion corresponding to the seat portion X where no load is applied to the seated person in a normal sitting posture. The sub air bag 31 is equipped with an air valve 34 so that the total amount of air including the main air bag 30 can be adjusted.

In a motorcycle seat configured in this way, when a large load is applied to the seater due to vibrations or the like, internal air escapes from the main air bag 30 to the secondary air bag 31 via the ventilation pipes 32 and 33, causing the cushion form 1 to Since the entire portion X including the seat portion can be sunk deeply, the seater will not feel the feeling of hitting the bottom. In addition, although the secondary air bag 31 is inflated by the moving air from the main air bag 30, the secondary air bag 31 is located at the rear part Y away from the seat portion X, so that the occupant does not feel a feeling of being pushed up. . Therefore, this motorcycle seat provides good cushioning performance.

As shown in FIG. 3, the main air bag 30 of the air bag 3 has an upper surface formed in a circular arc shape corresponding to the gentle circular arc shape of the seat surface, and has a cross section with a substantially uniform thickness as the cushion form 1. By assembling the U-shaped parts, the air bag 3 and the cushion form 1 can work together to provide substantially uniform cushioning properties. Further, even if the upper surface side of the main air bag 30 is formed in an arc shape, if the receiving groove 35 is provided along the front-rear direction on this upper surface side, it will fit into the convex portion 1a protruding from the bottom surface side of the cushion form 1. Since they are assembled together, the cushion form 1 can be prevented from shifting between itself and the air bag 3 even if an unbalanced load is applied during cornering or the like. At the same time, if the rear side of the cushion form 1 is fitted between the left and right ventilation pipes 32 and 33, it is possible to more reliably prevent the cushion form from shifting. Further, in the above-described embodiments, a one-person motorcycle seat is illustrated, but the present invention can also be applied to a double seat for two people. In the double seat, a series of air bags can be assembled by alternately combining the main air bags and the secondary air bags and connecting them with a ventilation pipe.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the motorcycle seat according to the present invention, the internal air of the main air bag assembled in the portion corresponding to the seat portion on which the load of the occupant is applied is transferred to the portion corresponding to the seat portion on which the load of the occupant is not applied. By moving the airbag to the secondary airbag located near the rear of the seat, even in the event of large vibrations, the seater will not feel the feeling of bottoming out due to the tension of the airbag, nor will he or she feel the sensation of pushing up due to the expansion of the secondary airbag. It can be assembled into a sheet that exhibits excellent cushioning properties. In particular, it is extremely effective as a seat for motorcycles such as motocross motorcycles, which are subject to large impact loads and are subject to impacts from above, below, and from the left and right.
