Claims (1)
- 作動液の流入口と流出口を有したボデイと、こ
のボデイ内に形成された作動液の流路と、この流
路に臨んで設けられ導入された作動液の液圧に応
じて流路の横断面積を可変する弾性材性の薄板と
、この薄板に対して反流路方向に設けられ該薄板
の同方向への弾性変位をその限度において規制す
る規制手段とを具備してなることを特徴とする液
圧回路の脈動抑制装置。
