Claims (1)
- 入口ポートと出口ポートとを連通する流路に設
けた弁口の周りに弁座を形成したボドイに収容孔
を形成し、該収容孔に前記弁座に接離して前記弁
口を開閉する弁体を収容し、該弁体を前記ボデイ
の外部に取り付けた駆動装置の出力杆に連結した
開閉弁において、前記弁座が前記弁体の作動方向
に対して直角な平面をなすとともに、前記収容孔
の開口を、内周縁を前記弁体に、外周縁を前記ボ
デイに、夫々、溶接により封着した金属製のダイ
アフラムで密封したことを特徴とする開閉弁。
