グを前記摩擦クラツチと前記シヤフト間で押し圧
可能に取付け、かつ、前記フレームの前記シヤフ
ト貫通部に、前記シヤフト径より大きい径の大径
孔を形成し、前記シヤフトの一端部とネジ嵌合す
るネジの緩み機能付段付ナツトの段部を前記フレ
ームの大径孔に遊嵌位置決めさせた状態で前記ナ
ツトを、前記ナツトの回転による前記シヤフトの
軸心方向移動により前記コイルスプリングの圧縮
