治具の取付け部を設け、また前記ハンドル内には
スプリングによつて付勢されるプツシユロツドを
配設し、このプツシユロツド先端に前記クラツチ
ギヤの外周面に前記スプリングの弾発力によつて
圧接するローラを取付けたことを特徴とするトル
