The present invention is applied to the surface of component parts such as equipment,
The present invention relates to a removable film paint that forms a film that is peeled off together with attached dirt. Conventionally, in various equipment such as blowers, electrical appliances, and appliances and fixtures, in ventilation fans installed and used in kitchens, etc., component parts such as blower blades that are rotated by motors are heated. There is a problem in that the equipment is contaminated by so-called oil dust, such as oil stains generated by the process, and dust contained in the air, especially smoke, and cleaning them is a major hassle. Therefore, in recent years,
It has been proposed to apply a releasable film paint (hereinafter simply referred to as paint) to the surface of the component parts of a ventilation fan, and to cover the surface of the component part with a releasable film (hereinafter simply referred to as film). For example, the surface of the component parts is not contaminated only by the coating, and since the dirt can be easily removed by peeling off the coating, cleaning can be saved and greatly convenient. belongs to. However, in general, such paints are so-called solvent-based paints, which are made by dissolving synthetic resins in organic solvents such as alcohols, in consideration of adhesion and applicability to ventilation fan components made of plastics such as polypropylene. Since organic solvents were used during the coating process, there was a risk of ignition and fire due to the organic solvent released into the atmosphere, and it was also unfavorable from a sanitary standpoint due to the odor and the risk of poisoning. Furthermore, when applying using an application tool such as a brush, there is a problem that the work is extremely troublesome, such as having to wash the tool with a predetermined thinner after the application. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its object is to use a polymer or copolymer of an acrylic acid derivative as a film-forming resin, and to reduce the resin content to 39.
By dispersing the resin in water at a concentration of 48 to 48% by weight to form a so-called water-based emulsion paint, many problems with conventional organic solvent-based paints can be solved at once, and the amount is about 1/1/2 of the resin. 15 (in terms of weight ratio) of butycarbitol and butycarlosolve, it is a water-based paint for polypropylene components that can be applied to polypropylene components without repelling or dripping. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a releasable film coating. In order to disperse the resin component in water, the emulsion polymerization method, which is the most common method for this type of paint, can be applied. An example in which the releasable coating material of the present invention is applied to a kitchen ventilation fan will be described below. Reference numeral 1 denotes a main body frame equipped with a wind pressure release type shutter 2, and a motor 4 is disposed inside thereof via a support 3. A blower blade 5 is removably connected to the rotating shaft of the motor 4 by a blade fixture 6. Reference numeral 7 designates a surrounding frame integrally formed with a bell mouth 8 surrounding the blower blade 5, which is removably attached to the main body frame 1. Among the above-mentioned components, the blower blades 5, blade fixtures 6, and surrounding frame 7, which are exposed on the indoor side, are made of polypropylene resin, and their surfaces are coated with removability as shown exaggeratedly in FIG. The coating 9 is formed by applying the coating paint, for example, with a brush. This coating 9
When dirt is deposited, it is manually removed from the component and reapplied with a new coat. By the way, water-based paints were thought to be preferable for household use due to their safety and ease of handling, but when these paints are applied to plastics (especially polypropylene) or metal products, water can damage them. The reality is that it is difficult to form a coating film from areas that are repelled by the surface, making it difficult to put this type of coating material to practical use. However, as a result of repeated studies from various angles, the inventors of the present invention decided to use a polymer or copolymer of an acrylic acid derivative as a film-forming resin among many resins, and to increase the resin content to 39 to 48% by weight. If the resin is dispersed in water and then about 1/15 of butyl carbitol and butyl cellosolve are added to the resin, the coating can be coated without causing any splatter or sag, and the dry coating can be coated easily. It has been determined that this material has appropriate releasability for polypropylene components. Typical values of the test results are shown in the table below, where all numbers indicate weight %, and the sections for paintability, repellency, and sag show the results from the brush coating test.

[Table] As is clear from the above table, when the resin content is less than 36%, the coating film will repel and the viscosity will be too low, causing sag (see sample number 1).
% or more, the viscosity becomes too high and paintability deteriorates (see sample number 7). In addition, butyl carbitol and butyl cellosolve are added as appropriate, but since they have a slight odor and toxicity, it is desirable to minimize the amount as much as possible.
It is preferable to add about 1 part by weight per 15 parts by weight in order to more reliably prevent repelling and dripping on the material to be coated while suppressing odor and the like. Therefore, in this example, a polymer of acrylonitrile, which is a derivative of acrylic acid, was used as the film-forming resin, and was prepared with the component ratio as shown in Sample No. 6 in the previous table. I did some brush painting. As a result, the paint film can be easily applied without causing any splatter or dripping, and the paint has virtually no odor or toxicity.Furthermore, application tools such as brushes can be easily washed with water after application. It was extremely convenient to be able to do so. In addition, in the liquid state, the paint has a white emulsion in which fine particles of polyacrylonitrile, which is a polymer of acrylonitrile, are dispersed in water. The coating film can be clearly distinguished from the other, making it easy to work with, and since the coating film becomes a transparent film after drying, the original design of the ventilation fan is not impaired at all. In this example, a polymer of acrylonitrile was used as the film-forming resin, but the present invention is not limited to this. Even in this case, the same effects as in the above embodiment can be achieved. As explained above, since the present invention is a water-based emulsion paint, it does not have the problems of odor, toxicity, fire danger, and troublesome cleaning of equipment after application, which were problems with conventional organic solvent-based peelable paints. Alternatively, various drawbacks such as difficulty in distinguishing between a surface to be coated and a surface that has already been coated can be solved all at once. In addition, when a polymer or copolymer of an acrylic acid derivative is used as a film-forming resin, the resin content is 39 to 48% by weight.
and approximately 1/15 (weight ratio) to the resin.
Butycarbitol and butyl cellosolve are added, so it can be applied to polypropylene components, which are normally extremely difficult to apply water-based paints to, without repelling or dripping. This has the excellent effect of forming a good releasable film.
