The present invention relates to a removable coating paint for a kitchen ventilation fan, which forms a film that is applied to the surface of the component parts of the kitchen ventilation fan and is peeled off together with attached dirt. Traditionally, in kitchen ventilation fans, component parts such as the blower blades that are rotated by a motor are contaminated by so-called oil dust, such as oil stains generated during cooking and dust contained in the air, especially smoke. There is a problem that
The cleaning was a huge hassle. Therefore, in recent years, it has been considered to apply a releasable film paint (hereinafter simply referred to as paint) to the surface of the component parts of a ventilation fan, and to cover the surface of the component part with a releasable film (hereinafter simply referred to as film). According to some, the surface of the component parts is not contaminated only by the coating, and the dirt can be easily removed by peeling off the coating, which saves the effort of cleaning and is very convenient. It's something that should be possible.
However, the coating formed using conventional paints has a problem in that when oil dust adheres to the coating, the oil gradually penetrates into the coating and causes the coating to swell, causing the coating to deteriorate in a short period of time. However, once the coating has swelled, it becomes extremely difficult to remove it, so the coating must be removed before it swells. In the case of conventional products that swell in a short period of time due to water, it is necessary to peel off the film within a short period of time after forming the film and re-form a new film.
This has become a major problem for practical application. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its object is to form a removable film by applying it to the surface of the components of a kitchen ventilation fan, in which ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether in a solvent is By setting the amount to 10 to 15% by weight based on the dissolved resin, sufficient oil resistance is imparted to the film formed without impairing paintability, and the oil adhering to the film causes it to swell, resulting in a short period of time. To provide a peelable coating paint for a kitchen ventilation fan that can prevent the coating from deteriorating and form a coating that can withstand long-term use. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below. Reference numeral 1 denotes a main body frame equipped with a wind pressure release type shutter 2, and a motor 4 is disposed inside thereof via a support 3. A blower blade 5 is removably connected to the rotating shaft of the motor 4 by a blade fixture 6. Reference numeral 7 designates a surrounding frame integrally formed with a bell mouth 8 surrounding the blower blade 5, which is removably attached to the main body frame 1. Among the above-mentioned components, the blower blades 5, blade fixtures 6, and surrounding frame 7, which are exposed on the indoor side, are made of plastic, for example, polypropylene resin, and their surfaces are exaggerated as shown in FIG. , so-called spray application of removable film paint, or
The coating 9 is formed by brushing. This coating 9 is manually peeled off from the component in order to remove dirt when it is contaminated, and then re-formed by a new application. Incidentally, paints generally contain a considerable amount of so-called cellosolve solvents such as butyl cellosolve or ethyl cellosolve, that is, ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether, in order to improve coating properties such as leveling properties. As a result of repeated tests and studies from various angles, it was determined that the ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether was the cause of the coating deteriorating in a short period of time due to the oil content in oil dust. In other words, the ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether contained in the paint is generally dried at room temperature after application, so a considerable amount remains in the film, and this absorbs oil, and the larger the residual amount, the more They discovered that the coating had poor oil resistance. Through many tests, the present inventor determined that the content of ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether in the solvent was 10 to 15% (referred to as weight %, hereinafter the same) based on the dissolved resin. It has been found that the residual amount of ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether in the film can be kept low without significantly reducing the paintability of the film, and a film with excellent oil resistance can be formed. Therefore, in this example,
The coating composition was prepared as shown in Table 1 and contained, for example, 10% ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether based on the resin in the solvent.
That is, the paint according to this example contains a polyurethane resin as a film-forming resin, and this contains 100 parts (parts by weight) of a polyurethane lacquer (trade name Orestar NL-2249E) with a resin content of 30%. ), add 12 parts of a solvent consisting of 60 parts of isopropyl alcohol, 15 parts of methyl alcohol, 10 parts of butyl cellosolve (ethylene glycol monobutyl ether), and 15 parts of ethyl cellosolve (ethylene glycol monoethyl ether) to dilute. In addition, 3,5- as an antioxidant

0.2 part was added and mixed and stirred.

[Table] Various resins can be used as long as they have film-forming ability, but linear polyurethanes produced from linear polyethers and aliphatic isocyanates, alicyclic isocyanates, or diamines are preferred. The best choice is a urethane elastomer lacquer made by dissolving the resin in lower alcohol.
Additionally, various additives such as antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers may be added as appropriate. Now, as shown in Table 1 above, paints prepared so that the content of ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether in the solvent is 10% relative to the polyurethane resin, and the content of ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether in the solvent relative to the polyurethane resin. 15 each,
Table 2 shows the results of testing the oil resistance of four types of coatings formed using 20 and 25% paints. Here, the oil resistance is expressed as the period of time until the coating swells when a ventilation fan with the above four types of coatings formed on the surfaces of its components is actually used in the husband's kitchen.

[Table] As is clear from the table above, the amount of resin in the solvent
The film formed by a paint containing 20% or more ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether has poor oil resistance and swells within about 10 days. The film must be peeled off and a new film re-formed within a short period of time, making it difficult to put it to practical use. In contrast, 10 to 10% of the resin in the solvent
The film formed by the paint according to the present invention containing 15% ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether exhibits remarkable oil resistance and does not swell for more than about one month, making it possible to use the same film for a long period of time. This provides an excellent effect in that there is no need to frequently re-form the coating. As described above, in the present invention, the amount of ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether in the solvent is set at 10 to 15% based on the dissolved resin in a product that is applied to the surface of the component parts of a kitchen ventilation fan to form a peelable film. As a result,
It is possible to impart remarkable oil resistance to the film formed while ensuring good paintability, and it is possible to prevent the film from swelling and deteriorating in a short period of time due to oil adhering to the film, and it can be used for a long period of time. It is possible to provide a peelable film coating for a kitchen ventilation fan that can form a peelable film that can withstand
