Description

【0001】
(a)下記式(1)〜(3)、
OH-(CH2CH2O)n-H (1)、
R1O-(CH2CH2O)n-H (2)、
R2O-(CH2CH2O)n-R3 (3)

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a graffiti and scale removing agent capable of removing graffiti and scale formed on the surface of a coating without dissolving, swelling or damaging the underlying coating.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various buildings are usually painted on the surface for the purpose of imparting beauty and protection.
On the surface of the coating film thus formed, there are often problems such as scribbling with acrylic lacquer, nitrocellulose lacquer, felt pen, etc., adhesion of water scale, and loss of aesthetics.
Therefore, graffiti and scale formed on the surface of these coating films have been conventionally removed by means such as polishing with sandpaper or rubbing with a cloth impregnated with a strong solvent. However, the method of polishing with sandpaper has the problem of scraping and damaging the lower layer coating, and the method of rubbing with a cloth impregnated with a strong solvent has the problem of dissolving and swelling the lower layer coating, In addition, any of these methods has a problem that the paint film after removing the graffiti and scales is again graffitied and the scales easily adhere.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention, against the background of such problems of the prior art, can remove graffiti and scale formed on the surface of the coating without dissolving, swelling or damaging the underlying coating, and can also remove graffiti and scale. An object of the present invention is to provide a scribing and descaling agent which is difficult to be re-grafted on the surface of the coating film after being removed, and which can be easily erased even if it is scribbling.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies in order to achieve the above-described problems, the present inventors have found that the above-described problems can be achieved by the following configuration, and have reached the present invention.
That is, the present invention
(A) the following formulas (1) to (3),
OH- (CH 2 CH 2 O) n -H (1),
R 1 O— (CH 2 CH 2 O) n —H (2),
R 2 O- (CH 2 CH 2 O) n -R 3 (3)
Wherein, R 1, R 2 and R 3 is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, n is 1 or 2. ]
At least one solvent selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by:
(B) an organopolysiloxane having a surface tension of 30 mN / m or less;
It is related with the graffiti and scale removal agent of the coating-film surface characterized by containing.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The graffiti and descaling agent (hereinafter simply referred to as “removing agent”) of the present invention comprises (a) a solvent and (b) an organopolysiloxane as essential components, and, if necessary, (c) a thixotropic agent, And various additives such as antiseptic and preservatives, fillers and the like.
As the (a) solvent, (a) the following formulas (1) to (3),
OH- (CH 2 CH 2 O) n -H (1),
R 1 O— (CH 2 CH 2 O) n —H (2),
R 2 O- (CH 2 CH 2 O) n -R 3 (3)
Wherein, R 1, R 2 and R 3 is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, n is 1 or 2. ]
At least one solvent selected from the group represented by
[0006]
These solvents are soluble in commonly used graffiti materials such as acrylic lacquers, nitrocellulose lacquers, and felt pens, and dissolve and swell emulsion paint coatings that are widely applied to buildings. In addition, it has water-soluble and fat-soluble properties, and therefore has excellent scavenging and graffiti removal properties.
Specific examples of the solvent represented by the formula (1) include ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol. Specific examples of the solvent represented by the formula (2) include, for example, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoisopropyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, A typical example is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether. Specific examples of the solvent represented by the formula (3) include ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, ethylene glycol diethyl ether, diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, diethylene glycol diethyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ethyl ether, diethylene glycol dipropyl ether, diethylene glycol dibutyl ether, and the like. A typical example.
[0007]
The (b) organopolysiloxane imparts water repellency / oil repellency to the coating surface after removing graffiti or the like with the remover of the present invention, and therefore the coating surface is difficult to graffiti, and Even if it is scribbled, it will be easy to erase.
Therefore, the organopolysiloxane used in the present invention is liquid at room temperature and has a surface tension of 30 mN / m or less, preferably 15 to 25 mN / m (the lower limit is, for example, 10 mN / m). Is appropriate. An organopolysiloxane having a surface tension exceeding 30 mN / m is not preferable because the above effect cannot be expected.
As the organopolysiloxane used in the present invention, various commercially available silicone resins, silicone oils, silicone oligomers and the like can be used as long as they have the above characteristics. In addition, a silicone varnish in which a silicone resin is dissolved in a solvent, a silicone grease in which a metal soap is added to silicone oil, a silicone oil emulsion in which silicone oil is dispersed in water, and the like can be used.
[0008]
The (c) thixotropic agent blended as necessary is blended in order to make the removal agent difficult to drip and improve the removal work efficiency during the removal work of graffiti and scale. That is, the graffiti is usually written on the vertical part of the building. If the removal agent immediately falls during the removal operation, it not only pollutes the environment of use but also the removal efficiency deteriorates. It is necessary to use it, and more work time is required. Therefore, it is blended to thicken the remover and make it difficult to sag.
As the thixotropic agent, for example, metal soap such as aluminum stearate and zinc stearate, and various thixotropic agents used for paint such as bentonite, acrylic oligomer, amide wax, polyethylene oxide and the like are not particularly limited. It can be used.
[0009]
The removing agent of the present invention comprises (a) a solvent and (b) an organopolysiloxane described above as essential components, and further comprises (c) a thixotropic agent, etc., if necessary. For example, the solvent (a) is 50 to 99% by mass, preferably 60 to 95% by mass, and the organopolysiloxane (b) is 0.1 to 30% by mass, preferably 1 to 20% by mass. %, (C) 0 to 20% by mass, preferably 0.5 to 5% by mass of the thixotropic agent.
When the amount of the solvent is more than 99% by mass, the amount of organopolysiloxane is relatively reduced, and it is difficult to impart water and oil repellency to the coating surface after removing graffiti and the like. The effect of making it difficult to graffiti tends to decrease. On the other hand, when the amount of the solvent is less than 50% by mass, the removal efficiency of graffiti and the like tends to deteriorate.
[0010]
When the amount of the organopolysiloxane is more than 30% by mass, the amount of the solvent is relatively reduced, and the removal efficiency of graffiti and the like tends to deteriorate. On the other hand, when the amount is less than 0.1% by mass, it is difficult to impart water / oil repellency to the coating film surface after removing graffiti and the like, and therefore the effect of making the coating film surface difficult to graffiti tends to decrease. .
Examples of a method for removing graffiti and scale formed on the surface of the coating film include, for example, a method of rubbing with a cloth soaked with the removing agent of the present invention, and a coating film surface on which graffiti and scale adhere to the present invention. There is a method of wetting with a remover and rubbing with a cloth or the like.
[0011]
