Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform uniform steam processing of a sheet by placing a plurality of guide rollers in staggered state in a steaming chamber, providing a roller near the inlet port with a heating means and using the roller as a heat roller, thereby preventing the dropwise condensation on the surface of a continuously introduced sheet product. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of guide rollers 5 are placed in staggered state from the inlet part to the outlet part of a box-type steam-processing chamber. A sheet product 2 is stretched on the plural guide rollers and continuously steamed. In the above process, a nozzle tube 11 to blow steam is attached to an end of a roller shaft 12 of the guide roller 5 near the inlet port of the steam-processing chamber through a rotary joint 10 and a steam-supplying pipe 13. An exhaust pipe 16 is attached to said roller shaft 12 through a rotary joint 18 at the other end and the guide roller 5 is used as a heat roller 9 to prevent the process speckles on the surface of a continuously introduced sheet product 2 caused by the dropwise condensation or deposition of droplet on the surface of the product.

Conventionally, as an example of this type of apparatus, for example, in a continuous steam treatment apparatus for fabrics in which a fabric impregnated with a dyeing solution is subjected to a wet steam heat treatment to develop color, a large number of guides are installed from the entrance to the exit of a processing chamber formed in a box shape. The rollers are arranged vertically in a staggered manner and rotatable, and the fabric that is continuously supplied from the entrance of the processing chamber is wound around each guide roller in a staggered manner, and the fabric is steam-heated while being conveyed between the guide rollers. However, a device is known in which the treated fabric is taken out from the outlet of the treatment chamber.

In the fabric continuous steam treatment apparatus configured as above,

On the other hand, since the inside of the processing chamber is maintained in an atmosphere of 100°C and high humidity of nearly 100%, the surface of the fabric that is supplied from the entrance to the processing chamber is coated within the processing chamber until the temperature reaches the ambient temperature inside the processing chamber. A large amount of moisture condenses and adheres to the surface.

In this way, when moisture adheres to the surface of the fabric, this moisture adheres to the guide roller or is stretched out in stripes on the surface of the fabric by the guide roller, which causes uneven color development on the fabric. There was a problem in that it was difficult to perform a uniform coloring process.

Therefore, in order to prevent condensation from forming on the surface of the fabric as much as possible, the speed at which the fabric is fed into the processing chamber is slowed down to allow the fabric fed from the entrance to adapt to the high temperature and high humidity inside the processing chamber. It is conceivable to supply the liquid to the guide rollers from there, but in this case there is a problem in that the processing capacity of the Rin-Ren processing apparatus will be significantly reduced.

In this way, since the temperature of the fabric 2 supplied to the guide rollers 5, 5, etc. has been raised to the temperature inside the steaming treatment chamber 3, dew condensation may occur on its surface, or the fabric 2, which is at a low temperature, may come into contact with the fabric 2. There is no dew condensation on the surface of the cooled guide roller 5, and it is uniformly heated and colored, so it is hot.
