Abstract

PURPOSE:To relatively inexpensively prepare a sheet showing a three- dimensional feeling and rich in taste by mass production by placing a large number of pattern forming elements on the upper surface of a base sheet and laminating a transparent synthetic resin film to the upper surface of the base sheet containing said pattern forming elements. CONSTITUTION:The base sheet 1 sucked one at a time by a feeder F is fed to a press roll P and a pattern forming element scattering apparatus M is arranged above the feed passage of the base sheet 1 to said roll P. The pattern forming element scattering apparatus M is lightly moved up and down to be vibrated to shake off and scatter a proper amount of pattern forming elements 2 to the upper surface of the base sheet 1 transferred directly under the pattern forming elements 2. Thereafter, a transparent synthetic resin film 3 is bonded and laminated to the upper surface containing the pattern forming elements 2 of the base sheet 1 transferred to the cress roll P under pressure to obtain a laminated sheet for packaging use.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Printing of patterns, designs, etc. on such laminated sheets is performed on either or both of the base sheet and the transparent synthetic resin film, but as a printing means, it is possible to print them at a relatively low cost. Offset printing, gravure printing, flexographic printing, etc. are often used.

However, in the case of offset printing, gravure printing, flexographic printing, etc., the thickness of the printing layer is extremely thin, so the three-dimensional effect and volume feel are poor visually or tactilely. Of course, it is possible to create a three-dimensional or voluminous feel through printing itself, for example, by using silk screen printing, but silk screen printing is more expensive than offset printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, etc. , it is difficult to use it as a printing method for packaging sheets.

In addition, as far as printing is concerned, the purpose is to print a large amount of the same printed matter from one block, and in order to produce laminated sheets with even slightly different patterns and designs, it is necessary to print the block itself. We have to replace it.

The pattern forming element (2) is made of a thin material such as a synthetic resin film or metal foil, and is formed into small pieces such as scales, strings, or fibers. The material of the thin material forming the pattern forming element (2) is not limited to synthetic resin film or metal foil, but may also be natural fiber or synthetic fiber itself, but among synthetic resin films, transparent ultra-thin films are preferred. Preferred are synthetic resin films (so-called aurora films), which are laminated films whose color changes depending on the viewing direction by diffusely reflecting light, and metal foils such as aluminum foils. This is because by forming a material that can reflect light into a scale-like shape, it is possible to create an atmosphere similar to lacquerware, which is a type of decorative technique in lacquer crafts.

Although the thickness of the thin material forming the pattern forming element (2) is arbitrary, it is not preferable that it be too thick compared to the thickness of the transparent synthetic resin film (3). If the thickness of the pattern forming element (2) becomes too thick compared to the thickness of the transparent synthetic resin film (3), as shown in FIG. This is because the gap (4) formed between 1) and the transparent synthetic resin film (3) becomes even larger, and the transparent synthetic resin film (3) becomes more likely to be torn from this gap. Further, the size of the pattern forming element (2) is not particularly limited, but the larger the pattern formation element (2), the longer the gap (4) at its periphery becomes, making it easier for the transparent synthetic resin film to be torn. Preferably, the target is small.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the laminated sheet for packaging according to the present invention is made of a thin material such as a synthetic resin film or a metal foil, and is formed into small pieces such as scale-like pieces or fiber-like pieces on a base sheet (1). Since a large number of pattern forming elements (2) (2)... are partially placed, it gives a visual and tactile feeling of three-dimensionality or volume, and the pattern By changing the arrangement of the forming elements (2), (2), etc., it is possible to provide an interesting laminated sheet for packaging in which each sheet has a slightly different pattern.

In addition, the pattern forming elements (2) (2)... can be easily placed during the conventional laminate sheet manufacturing process, so the machine can be easily placed without impairing the productivity of conventional laminate sheets. Therefore, mass production becomes possible, and the above-mentioned highly interesting laminated packaging sheet can be provided at a relatively low cost.
