Claims (1)
部において、前記真空断熱領域から前記常温領域
に渉つて延長した金属管内部に管状の導体を挿通
し、前記真空断熱領域内の前記導体とケーブル導
体との接続部において収縮を吸収するための垂み
部を設けると共に、前記金属管の外側に外側金属
管を設け前記金属管との間を断熱層とし、該断熱
層の周囲にストレスコーンを周設し、前記外側金
属管に内側を前記真空断熱領域から隔離するため
の伸縮自在のベローズを接続したことを特徴とす
