部の拡大断面図である。 符号１は金属管、２は導体、２ａは導体垂み部
、３はリード端、４はケーブル導体、５は輸送管
、６は供給口、７は外側金属管、９は断熱層、１
０はストレスコーン、１３は真空断熱層、１４は
継ぎ管、１５はベローズである。

Claims (1)
- 真空断熱領域と常温領域との間に位置する端末
部において、前記真空断熱領域から前記常温領域
に渉つて延長した金属管内部に管状の導体を挿通
し、前記真空断熱領域内の前記導体とケーブル導
体との接続部において収縮を吸収するための垂み
部を設けると共に、前記金属管の外側に外側金属
管を設け前記金属管との間を断熱層とし、該断熱
層の周囲にストレスコーンを周設し、前記外側金
属管に内側を前記真空断熱領域から隔離するため
の伸縮自在のベローズを接続したことを特徴とす
る極低温ケーブルの端末部。
