Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve appearance and to prevent the generation of warpage by bonding a cushion material to the rear of a basal plate before bonding veneer to the surface of the basal plate or applying sanding to said veneer and subsequently performing actual processing. CONSTITUTION:Veneer 2 composed of Japanese oak is bonded to the surface of a basal plate 1. Subsequently, the veneer 2 is subjected to sanding. Before the veneer 2 is bonded or before sanding, a cushion material 3 is bonded to the rear of the basal plate 1 through an adhesive such as an SBR adhesive, a vinyl acetate type adhesive or an aqueous vinyl type adhesive by a cold press. As the cushion material 3, a cuttable material such as a closed cell-foam having a thickness of 1.0 - 10mm board, a sheet, for example, a vinyl chloride sheet or a soundproof sheet or an open-cell foam is used. When the veneer 2 is bonded after the cushion material 3 is bonded to the basal plate 1, the veneer 2 can be uniformly bonded by the presence of the cushion material 3. Subsequently, the bonded one is subjected to actual processing consisting of coloring, under coating, drying, top coating and drying to prepare a floor material A.

[Prior art 1] Conventionally, the veneer 2 is pasted on the surface of the substrate 1, sanded, and then processed, then painted and dried.
is manufactured, and when installing this flooring material, a resin foam-like material 3 is adhered to the back surface of the substrate 1. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Conventionally, since the dimensional change of the cushion S material 3 is large, a gap S is generated between the cushion material 3 and the substrate 1 as shown in FIG.
Not only was the soundproofing effect impaired, but the adhesive protruded into the gap S, resulting in an unsightly appearance. In addition, even if there are pressure scratches or the like on the cushion material 3, the scratches will remain.
Since the adhesive is bonded by cold pressing, there is a problem in that moisture in the adhesive does not escape and warping occurs. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to prevent warpage from occurring,
To provide a method for producing a flooring material which has a good appearance without creating a gap between the Kushitan material and the substrate and can be restored even if the Kushitan material is damaged by pressure. [111! [Means for Solving the Problems] The method for manufacturing a flooring material of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a flooring material in which a veneer 2 is attached to the surface of a substrate 1, sanded, processed, and then painted and dried. , is characterized in that a cushioning material 3 is attached to the back surface of the substrate 1 before actual processing, and this structure solves the above problem. [Function] Since the cushioning material 3 is attached to the back surface of the substrate 1 before actual processing, the cushioning material 3 is cut at the same time during actual processing. The wood ends of Lumber 3 are the same, and the appearance is good.
In addition, even if the cushion material 3 has pressure scratches, etc., it can be restored in the drying oven after painting.Furthermore, since the cushion material 3 is dried in the drying oven after being pasted, moisture in the adhesive can be removed. There is no residual residual and no warping occurs. [Example 1] The substrate 1 is a plywood board having a thickness of, for example, 2.7 am, and a veneer 2 such as a plywood having a thickness of, for example, 0.3 am is coated on its surface.
is pasted. Then the veneer 2 is sanded;
In the present invention, the cushion material 3 is coated with SBR on the back surface of the base fj1 before the veneer 2 is attached or before sanding.
, #Acid vinyl j 1%, water-based vinyl adhesive or the like is attached by cold pressing. As the cushion material 3, the thickness is 1.0 to 1, such as Calb or Lion Board.
Any material that can be cut, such as 0+m closed foam, PVC sheet, sheet such as sound sheet, continuous foam, etc., may be used.
If the veneer 2 is attached after the veneer material 3 is attached to the substrate 1, the veneer 2 can be bonded uniformly due to the presence of the veneer material 3. Next, the actual processing is carried out, followed by coloring, undercoating, drying, topcoating, and drying to create flooring material A#f! ! be left behind. This flooring material A is inspected, packaged, and shipped. In addition, when cross plywood is adopted as the base 4!1, the hole diameter is 10 to 50 m in the Cushitan material 3 as shown in
m punched holes 4 are formed so that the substrate 1 can be visually recognized (thereby, it is possible to confirm and explain the material of the flooring material A, and the punched holes 4 can improve the soundproofing effect. [Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides a flooring manufacturing method in which a veneer is attached to the surface of a substrate, sanded, then subjected to actual processing, then painted and dried. Since the cushion material is pasted on the back side of the board, the cushion material is cut at the same time during actual cutting, so the ends of the board and the cushion material are the same, resulting in a good appearance. It is a thing,
In addition, even if the cushion material has pressure scratches, etc., it can be restored in the drying oven after painting.Furthermore, since the cushioning material is pasted and then dried in the drying oven, moisture in the adhesive can be removed. There is no residual residual and no warping occurs.
