Cows carry a variety of pathogenic bacteria, and the temperature inside the cowshed is high due to the cows' body heat, and there is high humidity emitted from feces and urine, making it easy for pathogenic microorganisms such as diarrhea and pneumonia to spread. . Therefore,
Newly born calves are more likely to get sick if they are kept together with their mother cows, so it is advisable to separate them and raise them at an appropriate time. The small livestock shed used for this purpose must have good drainage, be easy to install in a location with few germs, and be designed to prevent rainwater, snow, and drafts from entering.
Conventionally, such simple huts have been made of reinforced plastic or lightweight metal. These conventional products have been carefully considered in terms of durability and can be reused multiple times, but in order to use them again, they must be sterilized in the sun for a sufficient number of days, which is cumbersome. It was hot. Also, the ground where the hut is set up needs to be disinfected by the sun, etc. after the hut is removed. Furthermore, given the purpose of the hut, a hut for each animal was required, but it could not be said to be cheap in terms of cost.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional example,
Firstly, it is inexpensive, secondly, it has fewer components, can be easily processed and installed, thirdly, it can be burned as it is after use to disinfect the ground where it is installed, and fourthly, it is strong. Another object of the present invention is to provide a simple shed for livestock that has excellent heat retention and water resistance.

However, according to the present invention, the purpose of the lever is to form a wall plate consisting of a roof plate and a side plate and a back plate supporting the roof plate using separate reinforced corrugated board materials, and to form the roof plate, the side plate and the Form a fold line near the periphery of the back plate and a notch near the corner as appropriate.
The roof plate, side plate, and back plate are combined through these fold lines and cuts to form the shed body, and on the other hand, a rigid frame body is provided on the side of the metal fence to support this fence, and the frame body is This is accomplished by bolting a metal fence to the front opening end of the shed body.

If part 3a is bent about 90 degrees to make the whole into a U-shape, the parts outside the fold lines 2a and 3a will become overlapping margins 2d and 3c and will be attached to the other back side to reinforce the corners. In addition, the lower end of the side panel 2 is bent outward from the fold line 2a to form an inward flange 2e, and similarly to the roof panel 1, a triangular protrusion 2f formed by the cut line 2b is used as an adhesive margin and reinforcement. To connect this metal fence B to the shed A, fit the frame 10 around the front opening 6 as shown in FIG. Fasten the joints with plastic screws 7. In this case, the frame 10 serves as a reinforcing frame for the front opening 6, which is weaker against loads than the side and back surfaces, and the elongated plate 5 becomes unnecessary.

It is also possible to form a part, and it is also possible to reduce the number of bolted or bonded parts as much as possible. The shape of the fence B is not limited to the above embodiment, and various shapes can be used.

When moving the calf, the shed A should be set up in a well-drained area, and the pebble floor should be covered with rice straw, sawdust, etc., to prevent rainwater and snow from getting in. In addition, when ventilation is especially necessary, such as in the summer, windows can be formed as appropriate using cutters.

As mentioned above, the simple livestock shed of the present invention is
Since the main body of the shed is made of cardboard, it is inexpensive.
In addition, there is no need for a separate frame when assembling, and the roof, side panels, and back panels can be simply assembled through the fold lines and notches formed on each, so the number of parts is small and the work is easy. . Furthermore, since it is disposable and can be burned on the spot after use, disinfection and disposal can be done all at once.
In addition, the number of days for solar disinfection can be reduced, allowing for more effective use of the site, and the hut itself is water resistant, moderately strong, and highly heat-retaining.
