Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 遠隔的に調節し得る自転車型シート支持柱
において、 自転車または類似の装置のシート管38内の全
体的に直立した位置に装着されるようになつた寸
法を有する装架管部材22にして、その上端に自
転車シート支持柱内における挿入位置を制限する
ための拡大カラー36を有する装架管部材と、 軸線方向に移動し得るシート支持柱24にして
、装架管部材内の異なるレベルに入れ子式に調節
することができ、かつサドルまたはシートをその
上端に支持するようになつた支持柱と、 装架管部材内に位置し、シート支持柱を該装架
管部材に対して上方に移動させる主ばね26と、 前記シート支持柱に沿つて縦方向に延びる有歯
ラツク面62と、 浮動歯車96、浮動掛止部材98、トグルレバ
ー100および補足ばね102よりなる錠止装置
28とを有し、 前記浮動歯車が前記カラー内の第1凹所90の
中に緩く配置され、かつ前記有歯ラツク面と係合
する錠止位置に移動しまたはここから離れるよう
になつており、 前記浮動掛止部材98が前記カラーの凹所内に
おいて前記歯車の外方に緩く配置され、該歯車と
共に移動し得るようになつており、かつ前記ラツ
ク面と相対する前記歯車と係合する歯を有し、 前記トグルレバー100が前記カラー内の前記
第1凹所と交叉する第2凹所95の中に枢動自在
に装架され、かつそれぞれ掛止部材および連結ケ
ーブル30と係合する部分を有し、 前記補足ばね102がトグルレバーおよびカラ
ーの間に連結され、歯車を前記錠止位置に偏倚さ
せるようになつていることを特徴とする遠隔的に
調節し得る自転車型シート支持柱。 (2) 装架管部材およびシート支持柱から離れる
ように位置決めされたハンドル上解放装置134
にして、連結ケーブルと係合するように構成され
かつ配置され、前記自転車または類似の装置を使
用する時に、乗り手がトグルレバーを補足ばねの
偏倚力に逆つて運動せしめ得るようになつた解放
装置を有する請求項1記載の遠隔的に調節し得る
自転車型シート支持柱。 (3) 装架管部材およびシート支持柱から離れて
位置するハンドル解放装置134と、該ハンドル
解放装置の作動に応答してトグルレバーを動かす
装置30とを有する請求項1記載の遠隔的に調節
し得る自転車型シート支持柱。 (4) ハンドル解放装置の作動に応答してトグル
レバーを動かす装置がケーブル装置30である請
求項3記載の遠隔的に調節し得る自転車型シート
支持柱。 (5) 前記浮動掛止部材98および歯車96が前
記カラーの凹所90の中に位置し、一つの溝が前
記凹所と交叉し、かつ前記トグルレバー100が
前記溝の中に案内自在に装架され、前記掛止部材
と係合するようになつている請求項1記載の遠隔
的に調節し得る自転車型シート支持柱。 (6) 前記浮動歯車96が前記溝95の中に中心
軸106を有し、前記歯車を案内し、シート支持
柱の有歯ラツク面62と係合するその錠止位置に
浮動的に動かしまたは該位置から離すようになつ
ている請求項5記載の遠隔的に調節し得る自転車
型シート支持柱。 (7) 前記歯車を前記錠止位置から離れるように
偏倚せしめる補助ばね装置104を有し、前記補
足ばね装置102がこの補助ばね装置より比較的
強く、かつこれに打勝つようになつている請求項
1記載の遠隔的に調節し得る自転車型シート支持
柱。 (8) 遠隔的に調節し得る自転車型シート支持柱
において、 中心軸線に沿つて延び、かつ自転車40または
類似の装置のシート管38内の全体的に直立な位
置に装着されるような寸法を有する装架管部材に
して、その上端に自転車シート支持柱内における
その挿入位置を制限するための拡大カラー36を
有する装架管部材と、 軸線方向に移動し得るシート支持柱24にして
、装架管部材内の異なるレベルに入れ子式に調節
することができ、かつサドルまたはシートをその
上端に支持するようになつたシート支持柱と、 装架管部材内において、シート支持柱を該装架
管部材に対し、上方に駆動する主ばね26と、 シート支持柱に沿つて縦方向に延びる有歯ラツ
ク面62と、 緩く浮動する有歯部材、トグルレバーおよび補
