大きく分けて2通りがある。1つは従来技術(第
1図)のように、レーザ光の入出射側口に窓ガラ
スを設け密閉的な構造にしたもの(防塵を目的)
と、もう1つは、入出射口に何も付けない開放的
構造のものである。塵、異物混入によるミラー面
反射率の低下やベアリングへの異物混入による回
転異常を防止する目的で多くは前者の密閉的構造
が一般的であり、又信頼性の点で優れている。

ようにする為、この通気孔にフイルタを取付ける
ようしたものである。
