Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 髪策上立五且ユ！ 本発明は、−列の物品の基部を隣接した列の物品の基部
から離間するための、折畳み自在の分離タブを有する巻
付型のパッケージに関する。
このパッケージは、上フランジを有する種類の二つ又は
それ以上の列をなした容器を包装するのに特に適する。
これらの容器は、その上フランジで同様の容器に連結さ
れて、例えば８つの容器の群を形成する。更に詳細に述
べると、このパッケージは、二つの容器群の横列、例え
ば、主群をなす８つの容器及び下部をなす別の８つの容
器、を収容するのに適する。
更來立蓋韮 このような容器は上フランジによってのみ連結されてい
るため、基部がフランジ連結部を中心に互いに対して揺
動する傾向がある。このような容器を二つ又はそれ以上
の列をなして包装する場合には、基部におけるこの運動
の自由によって、パッケージが歪んでしまい、特に、巻
付型のパッケージの場合、これが容器を外してしまうこ
とになる。
発　が　′　しようと　る　題 本発明は、このような容器の一つの列の基部をこのよう
な容器の隣接した容器の基部から離間した状態に維持す
ることによって、この欠点を克服せんとするものである
。
題　を　決するための 本発明は、二つ又はそれ以上の列をなして及び少なくと
も一つの横列をなして配置された、複数の物品を収容す
るパッケージであって、上パネルと、一対の側壁パネル
によって間隔を隔てられこれによって管状構造を形成す
るカートンの基部を形成する一対の重なったベースパネ
ルとを有し、前記ベースパネルの一方は、そのパネルの
平面から外に折曲げられた複数の立てたタブを有し、断
続的な分離タブをカートンの基部上に置いた一列の物品
の下部とカートンの基部上に置いた隣接した列の物品の
下部との間に形成し、前記立てたタブの各々は、タブを
打ち出した前記一方のベースパネルの孔の一つの周縁の
ところにヒンジ連結された中央部と、前記中央部にヒン
ジ連結された向き合った翼状部分とを有し、これらの翼
状部分は、前記対をなしたベースパネルのうちの他方の
ベースパネルによって前記孔の周囲に隣接して支持され
、その結果、前記タブは立てた状態に維持され、タブの
前記向き合った翼状部分を互いから遠ざける動きが物品
の隣接した列の前記下部によって最少にされる、パッケ
ージを提供する。
本発明の実施例を添付図面を参照して以下に例として説
明する。
Ｘ胤月 添付図面を参照すると、第１図に示す平らな細長いブラ
ンクｌＯは、厚紙又は厚紙と同様の折畳むことのできる
材料から形成され、このブランクは、第１ベースパネル
１２、第１下側壁パネル１４及び第１上側壁パネル１６
から成る第１側壁パネル、上パネル１８、第２上側壁パ
ネル２０及び第２下側壁パネル２２から成る第２側壁パ
ネル、及び第２ベースパネル２４を有し、これらのパネ
ルは、横方向折畳み線２６．２８．３０．３２．３４、
及び３６に沿って夫々次のパネルにヒンジ連結されてい
る。
ベースパネル１２と下側壁パネル１４との間、及びベー
スパネル２４と下側壁パネル２２との間の折畳み線の接
合部２６、及び３６には、各々、物品の基部を保持する
一連の孔「Ａ」が形成され、これらの孔は、夫々の折畳
み線２６、及び３６を中断する。これらの孔は、包装す
べき下横列群内の容器の底の周壁部分を受は入れ、多く
の包装技術で周知のように物品の保持を補助する。
ベースパネル２４には、折畳み可能な舟弁状タブｒｔｌ
−ｔ４Ｊの中央列が形成されている。これらの舟弁状タ
ブは全て同じ構造のものである。
簡単にするため、舟弁状タブｔｌだけを以下に詳細に説
明する。舟弁状タブｔ１は、その中央部３８が折畳み線
４０に沿って孔の弦をなした縁４２にヒンジ連結され、
これによって舟弁状タブｔｌが構成されるように、ベー
スパネル２４から打ち出したセグメント部分から成る。
舟弁状タブの中央部３８は、部分的に、折畳み線４０の
向き合った先端から弧をなした孔の縁４８まで垂直に延
びる一対の平行な折畳み線４４及び４６によって構成さ
れる。折畳み線４４及び４６の各々は、向き合った翼状
部分５０及び５２の夫々を舟弁状タブｔｌの中央部３８
に折畳み可能に繋ぐヒンジ連結部を提供する。係止開口
を構成する雌保持タブｔｆが連続した舟弁状タブの間に
設けられ、これらの係止開口と協働するための一列の雄
係止タブｔｍがベースパネル１２の自由縁に隣接して設
けられている。
タブｔ１は、全ての立てたタブｔから成るカートン用の
とぎれとぎれの舟弁状タブの分離部材の構成要素を提供
するように、第１図に示す平らな広げた位置から第２図
に最もよく示す立てた状態まで取り扱うことができ、こ
れは容器「Ｃ」から成る二つの横列群へのカートンブラ
ンクの適用中に行われる。この目的で、このブランクは
、上パネル１８が上横列ＴＩ内の容器群の上部と重なり
、次いで側壁が上横列Ｔ１及び下横列Ｔ２の両方の容器
の側壁に隣接して配置されるように下方に折曲げるよう
に、周知の方法で、容器の群につけられる。その後、雌
保持タブｔｆと舟弁状タブが容器の下横列Ｔ２の二つの
列Ｒ１及びＲ２の間を延びる中央空間と整合するように
、ベースパネル２４を上方に折り曲げる。
次いで、舟弁状タブの各々をベースパネル２４の平面か
ら、同時に、或いは素早く連続して、機械の適当な要素
によって上方に移動させる。そのようにすると、向き合
った翼状部分５０及び５２がカートンの内部に延び、且
つ下横列Ｔ１の列Ｒ１及びＲ２のうちの一対の隣接した
容器のペースに当たる。これによって、これらの翼状部
分は、舟弁状タブの上方への移動中、舟弁状タブと隣接
した容器の側壁との間の係合によって、その夫々の折畳
み線４４及び４６を中心に折畳まれ、その結果、これら
の翼状部分は、カートンの一方の端部、又は他方の端部
に差し向けられる。翼状部分をこのように折畳むことに
よって、これらの翼状部分が、舟弁状タブを打ち出した
ベースパネル２４の孔を横切って所定の方向に延びるよ
うにし、また、舟弁状タブの翼状部分がその関連した孔
の幅、即ち折畳み線４４及び４６の長さよりも短いか或
いは等しいため、翼状部分が関連した孔内に、即ちこの
孔を通して広がらないように支持する必要があり、この
機能はベースパネル２６によって達成される。ブランク
は、当該技術分野で周知のように、雄係止タブｔｍを雌
保持タブｔｆが構成する孔に通すことによって、容器群
の周りに所定位置に固定される。
このために、他方のベースパネル１２をベースパネル２
４に重なり関係にし、雄係止タブを当該技術分野で周知
の方法で雌保持タブと相互係合させ、この係合中に保持
孔Ａが下横列Ｔ２の容器の周壁部分と係合する。かくし
て、ベースパネル１２は舟弁状タブを打ち出した孔を塞
ぎ、その結果、これらの舟弁状タブはベースパネル１２
で支持され、夫々の孔内に再び通すことによってひろげ
られない。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）二つ又はそれ以上の列をなして配置された、外方
    に突出するフランジを上部に有する複数の物品を、隣接
    した列の物品の下部が互いから間隔を隔てられるように
    収容するパッケージであって、 前記パッケージは、上パネルと、管状構造を形成するよ
    うにこの上パネルから一対の側壁パネルによって間隔を
    隔てられたベースパネル手段とを有するカートンを含み
    、 前記ベースパネル手段は、その平面から外に折曲げられ
    て隣接した列の物品の下部間に断続的な分離タブを形成
    する複数の舟弁状タブを有し、 前記舟弁状タブの各々は、前記ベースパネル手段から孔
    の形態で打ち出した材料から形成され、前記孔にヒンジ
    線に沿って繋がった中央部と、前記ヒンジ線に対して角
    度関係をなして配置された折畳み線に沿って前記中央部
    にヒンジ連結された向き合った翼状部分とを有し、前記
    中央部は、カートンの内側に延びるように上に折曲げら
    れ、前記翼状部分は、前記隣接した列の前記物品の下部
    間を長さ方向に延びるように前記孔と交わる方向に折畳
    まれている、ことを特徴とするパッケージ。
  2. （２）前記ベースパネル手段は、重なった外ベースパネ
    ル及び内ベースパネルを有し、前記舟弁状タブは前記内
    ベースパネルから打ち出される、ことを特徴とする請求
    項（１）に記載のパッケージ。
  3. （３）前記孔は円の弧の形態であり、前記舟弁状タブの
    前記中央部は、前記孔の弦をなした縁の一部に沿って前
    記孔にヒンジ連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項
    （２）に記載のパッケージ。
  4. （４）前記舟弁状タブの前記中央部が、前記弦をなした
    縁から前記孔の反対側の弧をなした縁まで延びる、こと
    を特徴とする請求項（３）に記載のパッケージ。
  5. （５）前記孔がほぼ半円形である、ことを特徴とする請
    求項（３）に記載のパッケージ。
  6. （６）前記外ベースパネルは、前記舟弁状タブを取り去
    ることによって内ベースパネルに形成された前記孔を少
    なくとも部分的に覆い、前記翼状部分は、前記孔内に押
    し込まれないように前記外ベースパネルによって支持さ
    れる、ことを特徴とする請求項（２）に記載のパッケー
    ジ。
