Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 本体の遮壁によつて外部から遮蔽されている
とともに、被検出用の磁石を有する作動部材と、
前記磁石の磁気吸引作用によつて該磁石の移動に
同伴され移動される磁性体とを備え、前記磁性体
が前記遮壁の外部側に設けられて、前記磁性体の
移動が外部から視認可能とされていることを特徴
とする流体圧作動機器。 ２ 本体の遮壁によつて外部から遮蔽されている
とともに、被検出用の磁石を有する作動部材と、
前記遮壁の外部側に設けられているとともに、前
記磁石の磁気吸引作用によつて該磁石の移動に同
伴され移動される導電性の磁性体と、この磁性体
の移動方向に沿つて延在され、該磁性体が夫々接
触しつつ移動される一対の導電部とを備え、前記
磁性体が前記一対の導電部間を導通させつつ移動
され、前記導電部を流れる電流に対する抵抗値が
変化されることにより、この抵抗値の変化に基づ
いて前記磁性体の移動位置が検出されることを特
徴とする流体圧作動機器。 ３ 前記作動部材の所定の作動位置を検出する磁
気センサを備え、前記磁気センサの最高感度位置
を表示する第１表示部が該磁気センサに表示され
、前記磁性体の移動方向上の両端部間の中心位置
を表示する第２表示部が該磁性体に表示されてい
ることを特徴とする請求項１、または２記載の流
体圧作動機器。 ４ 前記磁気センサの動作範囲を表示する第３表
示部が該磁気センサ、または前記磁性体の少なく
とも一方に表示されていることを特徴とする請求
項３記載の流体圧作動機器。
