材を介在させ且つ各段の横張り外壁材における係
合板部と下地材との間隔を一定にした状態に、順
次下から上へと取り付けていくようにした横張り
外壁材の取付け構造において、前記横張り外壁材
の上部側の係合板部を下向き開口形状にすると共
に、下部側の係合板部を立上り形状にする一方、
最下段の横張り外壁材と下地材との間に、前記最
下段の横張り外壁材の下部側の係合板部に係止さ
れる下向き開口形状の係合部と、この係合部と下
地材の間隔を前記各段の横張り外壁材における係
合板部と下地材との間隔に合わせるための間隔規
制板部と、下地材の垂直面に固定される取付け用
板部とからなる横張り外壁材用スタータを、前記
下向き開口形状の係合部の開口先端が前記間隔規
制板部よりも上方に位置するように、設けたこと
を特徴とする横張り外壁材の取付け構造。
