(従来技術) 従来この種の帯状部材の繰出し装置においては

ているため帯状部材の巻径の変化によつて繰出張
力が大きく変化し帯状部材の走行路上の蛇行、皺
発生、或いは印字部分での印字品質上障害となる
など種々の問題あつた。
