本考案は熱転写サーマルプリンターに使用され
ぬ熱転写カーボンリボンの適正移送装置に係り、
特に駆動ローラとの間の圧力調整を可能とした熱

(従来技術)
従来よりこの種熱転写カーボンリボン(以下単
に『リボン』という)の移送にあたつては一本の
駆動ローラと一本のピンチローラとによる印刷用
紙或は熱転写カーボンリボンの挟持駆動方式が採
用されているが、特に熱転写カーボンリボンが厚
さの薄いものであるため移送にあたつて蛇行し印
字部分でのしわ発生或はスリツプ等の問題があつ

て移送できる熱転写カーボンリボンの適正移送装

サーマルヘツド4、プラテン5、ピンチローラ6

に挟持され、所定の印字信号に従い印刷が行われ

の軸方向即ちリボン1の幅方向において夫々独立
に調節可能とされているので、圧接力が均一化さ
れリボン1の移送にあたつて、その張力を均一化
して適正な移送を可能とする。尚、左右の分割ロ
ーラ61,63部分の圧接力を中央の分割ローラ
62より強くすれば、リボン1の横方向に張力を
付加し、しわの発生をより効果的に防止できる。
このようにして移送張力に左右のズレがなく蛇行
を防止して印字部分でのしわ或はスリツプ等の発

(考案の効果)
以上説明した如く本考案によれば、駆動ローラ
による熱転写カーボンリボンの圧接力を左右方向
において均一化、、調整が精密且つ簡単に行える
ので、調整が容易であるばかりでなく、しわや蛇
