ンスデユーサの振動面と被測定物の壁面の間に部分的に
空間ができると、超音波の伝搬特性が著しく影響を受け
る。そこで従来から超音波トランスデユーサを固定する
際には、その振動面と被測定物の壁面との開に水、グリ
ース等の油、ペースト、ゴム質フィルム等を介在させ、
超音波トランスデユーサを適当な締付バンドで被測定物

ーサを固定しているので超音波の伝搬特性の経時変化が
少ないのみならず、脱オキシム・ゴムシール接着剤が硬
化しても弾性があるので、使用時に外部からの振動がか
かっても位置ずれを起こしたすせず、又信号レベルの変
化を生じることがない。更に硬質のビニールホース等に
m音波トランスデユーサを固定する場合にも、取付面の
多少のよじれにも十分対応可能である。又、止むを得ず
微粉末状のゴミが付着しているときには、上記接着剤と
よく混合してから密着、固化すれば、一体化するので可
