Claims (1)
- 基台上に設けられたワーク支持台上にワークを
載置し、前記基台に支柱を介して取り付けられた
溶接トーチにより、前記ワークの所定の位置に部
品を溶接する溶接機の溶接位置決め装置において
、前記ワーク支持台が基台に対し前後方向に移動
可能に、かつ左右方向に揺動可能に取り付けられ
た支持板と、前記支柱に左右及び上下方向に移動
可能に装着された前記溶接トーチを支持するトー
チホルダとからなり、該ワーク支持台の前後移動
、前記支持板の左右揺動及び前記トーチホルダの
左右移動をそれぞれ行なうモータ及び該モータの
回転角検出手段と、前記トーチホルダの上下移動
を行なう流体シリンダ及び該流体シリンダの位置
調整可能な下降端検出手段とを設けるとともに、
前記モータの回転を該回転角検出手段により制御
して、前記ワークの位置決めを行なうようにした
ことを特徴とする溶接機の溶接位置決め装置。
