一部外壁面にまで伸長する内部電極４を焼きつけ
、外壁面に外部電極５を焼きつけてなる、パイプ
状正特性サーミスタ。 (3) 電極を焼きつけたパイプの両端に、リード
線を溶接した金属キヤツプ６，７を嵌めこみ、全
体を絶縁塗料で塗布してなる、パイプ状正特性サ
