That is, a clear resin compound 3 is applied to the surface of the sheet 2 for one surface, and then pattern-forming granules 4 are adhered to the surface, followed by drying (hardening or semi-hardening). After this drying, a compound 6 mixed with a coloring agent is further applied and dried (cured or semi-cured) again to complete the patterned sheet 1. This pattern sheet 1 is used as the front sheet 2
The patterned sheet is placed on the surface of a lower mold (not shown) with its side facing the mold, and then the molding material is placed on top of the patterned sheet and cured by heating and pressure in the upper mold. Thereafter, the surface sheet 2 is peeled off from the cured molded product taken out from the upper and lower molds to complete the production of the patterned molded product.

The number of applications of clear resin compound 3, compound 6 containing a coloring agent, pattern forming granules, etc. is high, and it is necessary to take measures to prevent color unevenness due to the compound containing a coloring agent and the clear resin of C land 6 bleeding into compound 3. It was necessary. Furthermore, many processes are required, such as a drying process to make the pattern sheet 1 easier to handle after applying the compound 6 containing the coloring agent (to prevent the compound 6 etc. from getting on your hands), which increases the cost. Ta.

It only takes a few times. Furthermore, by overlapping the impregnated sheet after applying the resin, the applied uncured resin does not stick to the hands and the patterned sheet can be easily handled, so there is no need for a drying process.

The molding material 12 is placed in contact with the surface of the lower mold 11 for molding, and the molding material 12 is placed over the pattern sheet 6.
Next, the upper mold 13 for molding is fastened to the lower mold 11 for molding, and molding is performed by applying pressure and heating. After the molding is carried out as described above, the patterned sheet 6 and the molding material 12 are cured, and the molded product formed is removed from the molding upper mold 13, and the top sheet 7 is peeled off from the patterned sheet 6.

In addition, 14 in the figure is a glass sheet, and when molding a molded product, the surface pattern forming granules 8 and the surface pattern forming resin 9 in the pattern sheet θ flow (slide) of the molding material 12.
It is not necessary to install it if it is not affected by the flow and no flow occurs.
