つの部材にて挟圧する構成であり、パツキンは各
部材と摺動する。このため、パツキンの各摺動面
におけるシール性能は低下する。またパツキンは
各摺動面のほかロータ軸とも摺動し、パツキンの
破損のおそれがあつて、パツキンの耐久性を損な
う。この軸密封装置は、しかも、コンクリートミ
キサー用であるため、当然のことながら、食品用
に不可欠な微生物の繁殖防止というミクロの次元
での清掃の容易性が何ら考慮されていない。従つ
て、このような軸密封装置を食品等を混練する混

軸とのシール部におけるシール材の耐久性が向上
し、かつシール材の取りかえが容易である混練機
