(Prior art and its problems) FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a piezoelectric vibrating component A of a conventional example. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a cap made of a metal material with the main purpose of electromagnetically shielding a piezoelectric element 2, 2 is a piezoelectric element placed on the inner peripheral surface 3 of this cap 1, and 4 is a cap. Holding members 6 and 7 attached to the opening 5 of the piezoelectric element 2 are lead terminals having one end connected to both electrodes 8 and 9 of the piezoelectric element 2 via lead wires 10 and 11, respectively. The holding member 4 includes a holding plate 12 that directly holds the lead terminals 6 and 7, and an insulating filling member 13. One of the lead terminals 6 and 7 is electrically connected to the cap 1 for grounding. In the piezoelectric vibrating component A having such a structure, the cap 1 is made of a metal material for electromagnetic shielding, but since the entire cap 1 is made of metal, the cap 1
The metal part will be exposed on the outer peripheral surface. Exposure of such metal parts is undesirable in terms of preventing electric shock.

(Structure and Effects of the Invention) In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention forms a metal coating on the inner peripheral surface of a cap made of an insulating material, places a piezoelectric element on this metal coating, and , electrodes on both sides of this piezoelectric element are connected to respective lead terminals, and of both the lead terminals, the lead terminal on the ground side is connected to the metal coating. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the metal part for electromagnetic shielding is not exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the cap, it is possible to prevent an electric shock even if the cap is touched.

The cap 20 is formed with an opening 30 into which the piezoelectric element 23 is inserted. The metal coating 22
The inner peripheral surface 21 of the cap 20 is connected to this opening 30.
It is formed so as to extend to the step portion 31 of. A holding member 32 made of an insulating material for holding the lead terminals 28 and 29 is attached to the stepped portion 31 of the opening 30. A metal coating 34 is formed on the cap-side inner surface 33 of the holding member 32 up to the metal coating 22 formed on the stepped portion 31 of the opening 30 . However, as shown in the plan view of the holding member 32 in FIG.
and the through hole 3 for the lead terminal 29 on the hot line side.
6, a peripheral portion of the latter through hole 36 is formed with a predetermined region 37 remaining. As a result, the lead terminal 29 on the hot line side is attached to this holding member 32.
It is made so that it does not come into contact with the metal coating 34 formed on the surface. With the holding member 32 attached to the cap 20, the metal coating 34 on the side of the holding member 32 is connected to the metal coating 22 on the inner peripheral surface 21 of the cap. The lead terminal 29 on the ground side is connected to the holding member 3
The holding member 32 is in contact with the metal coating 34 on the second side.
be penetrated. According to this embodiment, since no metal portion is exposed on the outer circumferential surface of the cap 20, it is possible to reliably prevent an electric shock from coming into contact with the cap 20.

FIG. 4 is a partially cutaway sectional view of a cap of a piezoelectric vibrating component C according to another embodiment, and parts corresponding to those in FIGS. 2 and 3 are given the same reference numerals.
What should be noted in this embodiment is the holding member 38
However, unlike that shown in FIG. 2, the whole is made of metal material, and the lead terminal 28 on the ground side is directly passed through the through hole 35 of this holding member 38 and attached, and the lead terminal on the hot line side is attached. 29 is inserted into an insulating glass tube or synthetic resin tube 39 in order to prevent an electrical short circuit with this holding member 38, and the lead terminal 29 is inserted into this tube 39. In this embodiment, as in the previous embodiment, even if the outer peripheral surface of the cap 20 is touched, no electric shock will occur.
