Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a cable for giving and receiving data and to obtain a portable and cordless image reader by providing a radio transmitter- receiver for giving and receiving data. CONSTITUTION:An operator scans on various documents 4 by an image scanner device 2, and transmits image data by a radio transmitter-receiver 3 provided in the image scanner device 2. Simultaneously, the image data transmitted from the image scanner device 2 is received by a computer side radio transmitter-receiver 5 connected to a computer 1, and the image data is inputted to the inside of the computer and processed.
