In view of such problems with the conventional technology, this invention was developed by introducing water vapor from a steam generator into the mixing chamber of a so-called Bunsen gas burner, which is a normal pressure burner, and thereby adding water vapor to the gas-air mixture. The aim is to completely remove nitrogen oxides from the combustion gas by reducing them with the hydrogen contained in the water vapor during combustion, and also to humidify the air through combustion to enhance its humidifying effect. The present invention provides a gas burner for gas combustion appliances.

In order to achieve the above object, this invention has a gas nozzle facing the mixing chamber of a so-called Bunsen gas burner, which is a normal pressure burner, and a water tank is provided at the bottom of the mixing chamber, and the water in the tank is converted into steam by a steam generator. A technical measure is adopted in which steam is generated in a mixing chamber, and the generated steam is mixed with gas by the ejection force of a gas nozzle and guided to the burner head via a mixing pipe.

FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the gas burner according to this invention, in which A is a Bunsen type gas burner consisting of a burner head 2 and a mixing tube 3;
A bulge is integrally provided at the base end of the mixing tube 3 to form a mixing chamber. B is a steam generator for sending an appropriate amount of water vapor to the mixing chamber 1. A steam generator 5 that uses low frequency is attached to the steam generator 4 provided at the rear lower part of the mixing chamber 1. The power supply 6
In addition, the steam generating section 4 is successively supplied with water from a water tank 7 via a conduit 8 to maintain a constant water level at all times, and the steam generated in the steam generating section 4 flows into the mixing chamber 1. The combustion air and fuel gas are mixed into a mixture of combustion air and fuel gas. A gas nozzle 9 is provided near the front of the mixing chamber 1 for supplying fuel gas to the mixing chamber 1. Reference numeral 10 denotes an air inlet for supplying combustion air to the mixing chamber 1, which is bored at the upper rear of the mixing chamber 1. The fuel gas a spouted from the gas nozzle 9, the combustion air b introduced from the air introduction port 10, and the steam c from the steam generation section 4 are mixed into the mixing chamber 1.
The mixture is mixed within the combustion chamber and introduced into the burner head 2 via the mixing tube 3 for combustion.

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the gas burner according to this invention, in which the steam generator B is different from the first embodiment. That is, a spray nozzle pipe 11 is led out from the steam generating section 4, and its tip jet nozzle 11a is arranged near the gas nozzle 9, so that the water vapor sprayed from the jet nozzle 11a is guided to the mixing chamber 1. . In the second embodiment, the gas burner A and other structures are the same as those in the first embodiment, so the same parts are given the same reference numerals and the explanation thereof will be omitted.

In the first and second embodiments described above, the steam generator B is provided integrally with the mixing chamber 1 of the gas burner A, but the steam generator B is provided separately from the gas burner A, and the steam generator B is provided separately from the gas burner A. The water vapor from B may be guided to the mixing chamber 1 via a supply pipe or the like. Furthermore, the same effect can be obtained by installing a mist sprayer in place of the steam generator B and supplying atomized water from the sprayer to the mixing chamber 1.

As explained above, this idea has a structure in which water vapor from the steam generator is introduced into the mixing chamber of the gas burner, and water vapor is added to the mixture of gas and air by the ejection force of the gas nozzle. Nitrogen oxides are reduced by the hydrogen contained in the combustion gas, completely removing them from the combustion gas, so they do not have any negative impact on humans or pollute the atmosphere. In addition, since the air is humidified through combustion, its humidifying effect is remarkable, and it can also serve as a humidifier for various gas combustion appliances, so it is especially useful for heaters that require humidification, since there is no need to install a separate humidifier. be.
