Detailed Description of the Invention (Technical Field) The present invention relates to gravel, crushed stone, and stone materials used for road surfaces such as sidewalks, solid materials such as tiles, bricks, and artificial stones, and materials similar to metals and non-metals. This invention relates to a method for manufacturing stone-clad flat plates with joints for easily forming joints in concrete flat plates laid in irregular shapes.

(Prior art) Conventionally, this type of stone-clad slab was manufactured by laying a concrete setting retarder on the bottom of the formwork.
Stone materials such as various natural stones are arranged irregularly on the top surface. Next, pour concrete from the top,
Concrete for lining is poured on top of it and compacted, and then the lining surface is finished. and,
Once the concrete has hardened, the formwork is removed, the flat plate is turned over, and the setting retarder on the surface side is washed away with jet water, etc., and the stone-clad flat plate is washed out to reveal the stone-clad pattern on the surface, and the flat plate is manufactured. This is what I did.

However, with these conventional stone-clad slabs, it is very time-consuming to arrange various natural stones in parallel to the setting retarder in the formwork, and depending on the size of the natural stones, it is troublesome to arrange them. There is a drawback that the arrangement cannot be freely changed and the materials cannot be combined freely. In addition, there are disadvantages in construction, such as a great deal of time and effort required for cleaning the retardant, and the surface of the flat plate cannot be finished neatly.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In conventional washed stone-clad flat plates, it is necessary to be able to freely select and combine colors and patterns of various natural stones, etc., and to achieve a beautiful surface finish. It is also important to manufacture natural stones so that concrete etc. do not adhere to them, protect the decorative surfaces, and prevent surface stains. In addition, since the product is manufactured through several construction steps, it is not only possible to perform the construction continuously and easily in a short time, but it is also necessary to accurately and beautifully finish the joints.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve all of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides molds of various shapes on the upper surface of synthetic resin sheets selected to have various thicknesses that are sequentially fed to one side. Inside this formwork, stones of various sizes such as natural stones and artificial stones are arranged in rows on the top surface of the sheet in a freely combinable manner. Thereafter, a suction machine located above or to the side of the formwork is operated to adsorb the sheet to a portion of the stones, thereby forming a joint between the stones. In the next step, finishing concrete is poured into the stone side, and backing concrete is placed on the surface. The above objective is achieved by removing the formwork after the concrete has hardened.

(Example) Next, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In order to manufacture the stone-clad flat plate A shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a base 10 of various shapes as shown in FIG. A synthetic resin sheet 1 corresponding to the weight and thickness for each application is wound around one end of the plastic sheet 1, and this synthetic resin sheet 1 is adsorbed and covered with various constituent materials such as vinyl chloride and net-filled vinyl. It has the property of being worn. This synthetic resin sheet 1 is placed at the position shown in Fig. A from the top of a formwork 2 having various shapes with no bottom and having different bottom areas. Inside this formwork 2, on the top surface of the sheet 1, stones 3, 3, etc., such as irregularly shaped stones of various sizes, gravel, crushed stone, etc., and various artificial stones, etc., are placed in a free combination of colors and patterns. Several are arranged in parallel. Next, the formwork 2 is moved and the air inside the formwork 2 is sucked from above or from the side at the position of the suction machine 5, and the sheet 1 is attached to a part of each stone 3, 3, 3 at the joint part 4. As shown in FIG. 3, the sheet 1 is adsorbed and joined to the stone material 3 so as to form a . Further, in order to bond and adhere the sheet 1 to the stone material 3, an air blower may be used from below.

Once the sheet 1 is glued to the stone 3 in the formwork 2,
Finished concrete 6 containing decorative finishing aggregate is added to the stone 3 from the hopper 8 to 1/2 the height of the formwork 2.
After pouring to a certain height and compacting by light vibration etc., concrete 7 for lining is dropped from the top of the finished concrete 6 from a hopper 9 and placed as shown in FIG. 4D. Thereafter, when the formwork 2 is removed after the finishing concrete 6 and the lining concrete 7 have hardened, the stone-clad flat plate A
The synthetic resin sheet 1 is adhered to the surfaces of the stones 3, 3, . . . , and is completed for on-site construction. By storing the sheets stacked in a predetermined position in this state or by peeling off the sheets 1, a stone-clad flat plate A having joints 4 formed on the surface as shown in FIG. 1 can be obtained.

(Function) The present invention is manufactured as described above, and the construction process will be described in detail as shown in Fig. 4. A formwork 2 is placed on top of the sheet 1 which has been cut to a predetermined size on various types of bases 10, and in this state, aggregates of various sizes, irregular shapes, tiles, bricks, etc. are placed inside the formwork 2. Arrange a large number of stones 3 and 3 in parallel, then move to Figure 4 B and formwork 2.
The sheet 1 is bitten into a part of the joint part 4 of the stone materials 3, 3 by the operation of the suction device 5 installed in the stone material 3, and the sheet 1 is attached to each stone material 3, 3. Next, the finishing concrete 6 in the hopper 8 shown in Fig.
As shown in Figure 2, the final lining concrete 7 is poured into the formwork 2 using the hopper 9.
After the concrete 6 and 7 harden, the outer formwork 2 is removed as shown in Fig. 4E, and the concrete is turned over as shown in Fig. 4F with the synthetic resin sheet 1 still attached to the surface. By doing so, the stone-clad flat plate A is completed. When used for sidewalks, passageways, etc., the stone material 3 on the surface is exposed by peeling off the sheet 1 on the surface.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the method for manufacturing a stone-clad flat plate with joints of the present invention is configured as described above, there is no need for the troublesome work of washing off the set retarder with jet water as in the conventional washing method. Therefore, simply by peeling off the synthetic resin sheet, it is possible to provide a stone-clad flat plate with uniform quality, no defects in finished product, and a beautiful stone surface and joints that are clearly visible. Additionally, each retardant also has the effect of resolving the unsightly defects caused by traditional decorative stains left on stone surfaces. Furthermore,
This method of manufacturing stone-clad flat plates has the effect that flat plates of different sizes and flat plates of stones with different colors and patterns can be easily manufactured without any troublesome construction work. Then, stones of various sizes were placed side by side on a synthetic resin sheet, and the sheet was adsorbed to the stones by a suction machine, so that it served as a curing for the stone surface, and also protected the surface of the stones and the stones. The sheet reliably adsorbs to the joints between the parts, allowing the joints to be formed naturally and beautifully, and the suction machine can quickly work on the suction sheet, and there is no loss of product, making it safe. be.
