に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention is applicable to a metal plate coated with photoresist (photosensitive resin), exposed and developed with a pattern such as a shadow mask or a single frame. The present invention relates to a conveying roll for conveying a band-shaped metal plate having a contact-avoiding portion continuously along a line.

A barbell-shaped multi-stage roll having multi-stage roll portions 4 at both ends and conveying the metal plate 1 by contacting only both ends thereof is known.

In the multistage roll as shown in the figure, if the width of the strip metal plate 1 changes midway, there is no mechanism to guide the metal plate with the changed width to the correct step, and the metal plate ends up changing its width. There were problems such as falling into small steps, flowing in a messy manner, and getting soaked in combs and shavings.

The conveyance opening □-ru contacts both edges of the metal plate at both ends in the conveyance M roll 3 that conveys the strip metal plate 1 having the contact avoidance portion 2 continuously along the center line. The multi-stage roll part 4 is comprised of a plurality of stages whose diameters increase sequentially from an inner minimum diameter roll stage 7 toward the outside, and each stage except for the outer maximum diameter roll stage 5 The roll corrugations 6, 7 are divided into a plurality of fan-shaped portions 6a...6d, 7a...7d, and each fan-shaped portion is movable in the radial direction along the adjacent large-diameter roll corrugation, allowing expansion. Sometimes, the center of the outer circumferential side of each fan-shaped portion reaches the position of the outer circumferential surface of the adjacent large-diameter roll stepped portion.

Since the outer circumference of 7d can be expanded to the same diameter as the outer circumferential surface of the adjacent large-diameter roll stepped portion 5.6, even if the width of the band-shaped metal plate 1 changes, the metal plate can be adjusted according to the change. The acid expands and shrinks the roll steps 6 and 7 that contact both ends of the metal plate 1, and stops conveying the metal plate 1 from the small diameter step to the large diameter step, or from the large diameter step to the small diameter step. It is possible to induce it without having to do so.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a belt-shaped metal plate conveying roll 3 of the present invention, l is a belt-shaped metal plate, and 2 is a roll coated with photoresists 1 to 3. This is a contact-avoidable part that is avoided for reasons such as The transport roll 3 has multi-stage roll parts 4 at both ends of a rotating shaft 11, and is a multi-stage roll with a bar-hell shape in appearance. As shown in the figure, the multi-stage roll parts 4 on both sides are symmetrical and gradually increase in diameter from the inner minimum-diameter roll stage 7 toward the outside, and end at the outer maximum-diameter roll stage 5. A plurality of stepped portions are formed so as to be able to contact both side edges of the metal plate in response to changes in the plate width.

The conveyor roll contacts and supports the strip-shaped metal plate only at its both edges, and this is not suitable for contact-avoiding areas where photoresist is applied continuously along the center line of the strip-shaped metal plate. In addition, even if the width of the belt-shaped metal plate changes midway, the conveyance rolls will not come into direct contact with the conveyor rolls, and even if the width of the strip metal plate changes midway, the conveyance of the metal plate will not be stopped and the change in width can be accommodated. The flow of the metal plate can be guided to the stepped portion of an appropriate width, and damage to the metal plate due to the mismatch between the width of the metal plate and the stepped portion can be completely prevented.
