[Means for solving the problem] The wall panel connection structure of the present invention is such that side plates are provided on the sides of the wall panels to stand behind them, and the side plates of adjacent wall panels are overlapped with each other. It has a structure in which this is inserted into a slit provided in a pillar material having a hollow box-shaped cross section and is held between the pillar materials. The side plates each have a protrusion extending in the vertical direction and having a dogleg-shaped horizontal cross section and protruding in a direction opposite to the stacking direction. A plate-shaped folded part is formed at the slit edge of the column, and the tip of this folded part touches the inclined surface of the protrusion on the front side of the panel. are locked in contact.

In addition, the end edge of the folded part of the pillar material is in contact with the inclined surface on the panel side of the protrusion on the side part, and when an external force is applied in the direction of the wall panel coming out, the folded part will be forced in the direction of approaching each other. As a result, the folded portion acts as if it bites into the protrusion or the side plate, and the panel is reliably prevented from coming off.

Reference numerals 1 and 2 denote wall panels, and side plates 1a and 2a are provided on the side portions thereof and stand upright toward the rear side, and these side plates 1a and 2a are overlapped with each other. The side plates 1a and 2a have protrusions 1b,
2b are provided, and these protrusions 1b, 2b protrude in the direction opposite to the overlapping direction and extend in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. Projections 1b, 2
b has a dogleg-shaped horizontal cross section;
As shown in the figure, it has two inclined surfaces S and T.
Reference numeral 7 denotes a pillar material, which holds the superimposed side plates 1a and 2a therebetween. The pillar material 7 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape, and has a slit 8 in the center of the surface in contact with the wall panels 1 and 2 for receiving the side panels 1a and 2a, and the surface with this slit 8 is the same as that of the pillar material 7. Folded inward, folded portions 7a and 7b are integrally formed. The end sides of the folded portions 7a, 7b are in contact with the inclined surfaces T on the front sides of the panels 1, 2 of the protrusions 1b, 2b.

Such a connection structure can be used, for example, for wall panels 1 and 2.
The side plates 1a and 2a are stacked on top of each other with a sealing material 9 interposed between them, and connected by pressing from the front side of the wall panel as if inserting them into the slits 8 of the pillars 7 that have been erected in advance. Work is done. After the connection work is completed, the end sides of the folded parts 7a and 7b are aligned with the protrusions 1b and 2b as shown in the figure.
The wall panels 1 and 2 are connected by being held by the pillars 7, and the above-mentioned folded portions 7a and 7b and the protrusion 1
Due to the engagement with b and 2b, there is no fear that the wall panels 1 and 2 will come off even if an external force is applied to the wall panels 1 and 2 in the direction of their coming off. That is, when an external force is applied to the wall panels 1, 2 in the direction of pulling out, the folded portions 7a, 7
A force is applied in the direction in which the folded portions 7a and 7b approach each other, and this causes the folded portions 7a and 7b to
b, 2b or the side plates 1a, 2a, and the column does not open out like the conventional column 6.

In addition, in the present invention, in order to make the folded parts 7a, 7b bite into the protrusions or side plates in this way, the contact angle between the slopes of the protrusions 1b, 2b and the folded parts 7a, 7b is adjusted appropriately. It is important to be selective. In the present invention, it is preferable to select the contact angle θ to be 100° or less, particularly 95° or less, particularly 90° or less, as shown in FIG.

In the above embodiment, the protrusions 1b and 2b are provided in a part of the side plates 1a and 2a in the longitudinal direction, but by providing them in a part in this way, the sealing material 9 and the side plates 1a and 2a are The effect of increasing the contact area with the material and increasing the sealing effect is obtained. Further, the resistance when pushing the protrusions 1b, 2b into the slit 8 is reduced, and the effect of easily connecting the wall panels is achieved.

However, in the present invention, it is clear that the protrusions 1b, 2b may be provided over the entire vertical direction of the side plates 1a, 2a. In addition, in this invention,
The side plates 1a and 2a may be provided integrally with the front part of the panel as shown, or may be provided by joining pieces having an L-shaped cross section.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, according to the connection structure of the invention, it is possible to connect extremely strong wall panels without any fear of the panels coming off. This invention does not require joint material, provides continuity to the pattern of the wall panel, and does not cause mold to form on the joint material.
It has excellent effects such as high durability and good appearance. Further, in the present invention, the shape of the pillar material is relatively simple, making it easy to manufacture and inexpensive.
