【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は建築物の外装材として用いられる横張
りサイデイングの出隅部を被覆するのに用いる鎧
形出隅に関するものである。 (従来の技術) 従来の横張りサイデイング用鎧形出隅は第10
〜12図示のように出隅本体20が上下に2分さ
れた2部材20a,20bからなり、施工に際し
ては上側部材20aの下端部に形成した折曲部2
1aと下側部材20bの上端部に形成した折曲部
21bを横張りサイデイング本体22の表面の段
部23において重合するとともに前記上側部材2
0aの折曲部端縁に形成した折曲爪部24を下側
部材20bの折曲部21b上に折曲して前記両折
曲部21a,21bを一体に連結していたもので
ある。 (考案が解決しようとする問題点) ところが、上記従来の鎧形出隅は、上側部材2
0aと下側部材20bが単なる折曲爪部24によ
る連結であるため、該部の締着が簡易に弛み、短
期間にガタツキを生じるとともに連結作業は現場
にて人手で行うため、指先等を傷付ける惧れがあ
り、甚だ危険であるばかりでなく、鎧形出隅本体
20の表面に所要の上下方向に連続した傾斜面と
水平面からなる化粧面を容易に形成することがで
きないという問題点があつた。 本考案は上記問題点を解決し、鎧形出隅本体を
一枚板の薄金属板で形成することにより、上下部
材を一部材で構成し、以て連結部をなくして該部
のガタツキを皆無となし、施工に際しては指先等
を傷付けることなく、しかも鎧形出隅本体の表面
に所要の傾斜と水平面からなる化粧面を容易に形
成することができる横張りサイデイング用鎧形出
隅を提供することを目的とするものである。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案は上記問題点を解決するため、表面に段
部を有する横張りサイデイングに用いる鎧形出隅
であつて、一枚板からなる縦長方形状薄金属板
を、縦中央部からその両側縁を背面側へ所要角度
折曲して平面略V字状となすとともに前記薄金属
板の上下略中間部を正面から背面側に所要巾をも
つて略水平状に折曲して段部を形成し、さらに前
記段部の直下および前記薄金属板の上部の縦中央
部に略逆三角形状の折込重合部を形成し、前記折
込重合部を前記薄金属板の背面に重合するととも
に前記折込重合部の左右に位置する薄金属板面を
正面から背面側へ所要の角度をもつて傾斜する傾
斜面として構成されるものである。 (作用) 施工に際しては第7〜8図示のように柱10の
出隅部において横張りサイデイング本体9の各端
部を被覆するように鎧形出隅本体1の釘止部6を

部aに形成された略逆三角形状の折込重合部であ
る。4,4′は前記折込重合部3,3′の左右に位
置する薄金属板面に形成された正面から背面側へ
所要の角度をもつて傾斜する傾斜面である。5は
前記鎧形出隅本体の縦方向両側縁に形成された
折曲縁部、6は同上部に形成された釘止部、7は
同下端に形成された立上折返し部、8は釘孔、9
は横張りサイデイング、10は柱を示すものであ
る。なお本実施例においては横張りサイデイング

のない平面状のものでもよく、また釘止部6は垂

縦中央部からその両側縁を背面側へ所要角度折曲
して平面略V字状となすとともに前記薄金属板の
上下略中間部を正面から背面側に所要巾をもつて
略水平状に折曲して段部を形成し、さらに前記段
部の直下および前記薄金属板の上部の縦中央部に
略逆三角形状の折込重合部を形成し、前記折込重
合部を前記薄金属板の背面に重合するとともに前
記折込重合部の左右に位置する薄金属板面を正面
から背面側へ所要の角度をもつて傾斜する傾斜面
としたものであるから、鎧形出隅本体は一枚板の
薄金属板をもつて一部材で構成し、従来品のよう
な連結部が皆無であるため、従来品のようなガラ
ツキを完全になくすことができるばかりでなく、
強度的にも数段優れたものとなし得るものであ
り、また施工に際しては連結部がないので指先等
を傷付けることなく安全に、しかも連結部を結合
する等の作業を要しないので迅速に施工を行うこ
とができるものであるとともに前記逆三角形状の
折込重合部により鎧形出隅本体の表面に所要の傾
斜面と水平面からなる化粧面を容易に形成するこ
とができる等、種々の実用的効果を有するもので
ある。
