[Conventional technology] When constructing walls, etc., such as slope protection works, by pouring concrete, etc., it is lightweight and easy to handle.
Formwork units made of lightweight materials such as corrugated cardboard and plastic boards have come to be used because they can be provided at low cost.

In conventional formwork units of this type, spacing members made of reinforcing bars are arranged between formwork members whose faces face each other,
The bent part formed at the end of the reinforcing bar protrudes outward from the through hole drilled in the formwork material and is received by the receiving part, and a wedge is inserted into the outwardly protruding bent part to connect it to the formwork material. The spacer was fixed with the spacer.

However, with such a structure, the formwork unit could not be folded, resulting in a bulky shape that was inconvenient to transport to the site. For this reason, it is not possible to use a formwork unit with spacing materials arranged in advance, and the work involves arranging the formwork materials on site, placing reinforcements between them and fixing them to the formwork materials. This required additional work, resulting in poor workability.

Therefore, the present applicant has proposed that, when pre-arranging the spacing material between the formwork members whose faces face each other, the reinforcing bars of the spacing material are connected through connectors made of a material that does not substantially rust, such as synthetic resin. He proposed a formwork unit that could be folded by pivotally connecting it to the formwork material, and filed an application for a utility model. (Utility Model Application No. 61-35949) According to this formwork unit, the formwork unit can be folded and is convenient for transportation, and there is no need to connect the formwork material and the spacing material on site. Moreover, the work efficiency can be improved, and what is exposed on the surface of the concrete structure is a connecting tool made of a material that does not substantially rust, such as a synthetic resin, and the spacing material made of reinforcing bars is made of concrete. Since it is not exposed on the surface of the structure, there is no need for anti-corrosion treatment after concrete is consolidated.

The connector that connects the formwork material and the spacing material includes a main body into which the end of the spacing material made of reinforcing bars is rotatably inserted, a small-diameter shaft part that is integrated with the main body, and a small-diameter shaft part that is integrated with the main body. The small-diameter shaft of the connector is inserted into the hole drilled in the formwork material, and the outside surface of the formwork protrudes from the formwork material and the stopper is integrated with the shaft. The connector and the formwork material are fixed by engaging the notch of the fixing member with the small diameter shaft portion between the enlarged portion and the enlarged portion.

By the way, in the previously filed invention, the fixing member for fixing the connector and the formwork material is formed by forming notches at a predetermined interval in the reinforcing thick material for reinforcing the formwork material, and using the notches. was engaged with the small diameter shaft portion of the connector to fix the connector and the formwork material.

However, when using the reinforcing end material as a fixing member for fixing the connecting tool and the formwork material, the end material must be specially processed (a notch that engages with the small diameter shaft of the connecting tool). Furthermore, there are disadvantages in that only rounded timbers that have undergone this processing can be used.Furthermore, there are many non-standard dimensions that occur on site, and if rounded timbers are standardized, there will be places where they cannot be used (especially short ones). (If you get tired).

[Problems to be solved by the invention] The present invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the previously proposed invention, and its purpose is to solve the problem that it is necessary to perform special processing on the reinforcing end pieces. Without,
It is also an object of the present invention to provide a formwork unit that allows the use of non-standard off-cut materials depending on the site situation.

[Means for Solving the Problem] Therefore, according to the present invention, a fixing member for fixing the formwork material and the connecting tool and a reinforcing end piece are separated, and the fixing member also fixes the formwork material. and a connecting tool, and the fixing member is made to have a function as a receiving metal fitting for supporting the end piece. For this purpose, the fixing member has a bent side surface having a vertical part, then a horizontal part, and then a vertical part, and has a notch on the underside of one vertical part that engages with the small diameter shaft part of the coupling. The reinforcing end piece is supported by the outer surface of the formwork material, the horizontal portion, and the vertical portion.

[Operation and effect of the invention] By separating the fixing device for fixing the formwork material and the connecting tool from the reinforcing end material, there is no need to perform special processing on the end material, and it can be used as a regular method. It is possible to use square pipes, etc., or to use wood or reinforcing bars used at the site as long as the dimensions match. Furthermore, as mentioned above, non-standard dimensions often occur on site, but such cases can be easily dealt with by cutting reinforcing bars that fit the fixture. Further, since the shape of the fixing tool is a bent side surface having a vertical section, a horizontal section, and a vertical section, the end piece can be easily set and removed by simply inserting it from the top.
