いた。 Conventionally, this type of paper formwork unit has placed a spacing member made of reinforcing bars between the paper formwork materials with their faces facing each other.
The bent part formed at the end of the reinforcing bar protrudes outward from the through hole drilled in the paper form material and is received by the receiving part, and a wedge is inserted into the outwardly protruding bent part to form the paper form. The material and the spacing material were fixed.

For this reason, it is not possible to use a paper formwork unit with spacing material arranged in advance, and the work of arranging the paper formwork materials on site and placing spacing material between them to form a formwork unit is not possible. Fixing work was required, resulting in poor workability.

In other words, reinforcing bars are usually used as spacing materials, and if these reinforcing bars are exposed to the surface of a concrete structure, rust will occur, causing deterioration of concrete strength and destruction, which is considered a major problem. Generally speaking, there should be no metal within 25mm of the surface. Therefore, when constructing using the paper formwork unit proposed earlier,
After the concrete has solidified, the reinforcing bars protruding from the concrete structure must be treated to prevent rust.

In the paper form unit, which is connected to the paper form unit so that the paper form material can be installed from a folded state to an unfolded state, the paper form unit has a vertical bent portion at the tip of the reinforcing bar constituting the spacing material near the tip. A connecting tool made of synthetic resin, which includes a main body portion formed with a through hole into which the main body portion is inserted, a small diameter shaft portion integrated with the main body portion, and a retaining portion integrated with the small diameter shaft portion, and a paper formwork. A plurality of notches separated by a predetermined interval engage with the small diameter shaft portion between the paper form material and the retaining part of the connector when the connector is passed from the retaining part to the through hole drilled in the material. A paper formwork unit is provided having an elongated formwork reinforcement formed therein and having the function of securing the connector to the paper formwork material.

Since it is located deep inside the surface, it is not exposed to the surface and prevents rust from forming. Once the concrete has been poured and the concrete has hardened, remove the paper formwork and formwork reinforcing materials, but leave the connectors in place.
