振れを防止するようなしたシヤープペンシルの振
れ止め具に関するものである。

あつた。この問題を解消せんとするものとして、
実開昭56−130872号公報に開示される如く、所定
の弾撥力を有するリブを備えてなる内筒を軸筒内
に圧入し嵌合固定してなる構造が知られている
が、材質、部品精度、環境などの点から嵌合圧の
設定が非常に難かしく、例えば、低嵌合圧である
と、芯繰り出し時の芯収納管の往復運動により内
筒が移動し取り付け位置が変化して芯繰り出しが
不安定になつたり、高嵌合圧であると、内筒の圧
入作業が困難になるなどの不具合を生じるため、
十分なものとは言えなかつた。

であつて、この先体6は芯保護管7、芯を僅かな
弾性で保持せる芯戻り止め8およびチヤツクリン
グ2の前進を阻止する阻止部9を備えてなる。1

であり、11はこの消しゴム10を覆うよう芯収
納管4に着脱可能に被嵌されたノツクキヤツプで

なる任意長さの内筒13は、芯収納管4の外径よ
り僅かに大きく、芯収納管4の往復運動を妨たげ
ることのない内径を有し、軸筒1の内径より僅か
に小さく、軸筒1内に挿入容易な外径を有してな
り、後端13bを、軸筒1の後部に設けられた任
意形の孔1cに取り付けられたクリツプ14の軸
筒1内方に顕出する掛止部14aに圧接し、前端
13aを、軸筒1内面の傾斜された規制部1bに
圧接して配置されるものである。この内筒13を
軸筒1内に取り付けるにあつては、第3図の如
く、まず、クリツプ14の取り付けられていない
軸筒1の後方より内筒13をその後端13bが孔
1cに対応する程度まで挿入した後、軸筒1の孔
1cにクリツプ14を取り付ければ、内筒13は
その後端13bをクリツプ14の掛止部14aに
押圧されるとともに、前端13aを軸筒1内面の
規制部1bに圧接され、したがつて、内筒13は
前端13a並びに後端13bを各々圧接支持し固

の寸法精度やクリツプ14の取り付け寸法精度の
バラツキをさらに吸収できる点と軸筒1の規制部
1bを製作する容易性の点を考慮すると、実施例
に示した如く軸筒前方方向に順次傾斜した規制部
1bが好ましい。

つた問題が発生することがなく、その実用的効果
なるもの甚だ大である。
