The purpose of this project is to establish a technology for producing sheets using a wet paper machine.

It was difficult to do so.

Moreover, since it does not have adhesion properties, it is extremely difficult to make uniform sheets using the wet papermaking method.

However, when making continuous sheets, it is important to know how to prevent clogging on the wire, how to have the wet paper picked up by the conveying blanket, and how to prevent paper breakage during paper making to prevent sawdust and bark from falling off. The most difficult point was how to continuously produce uniform sheets.

It is desirable that the circulation of stirring be performed in an upward and downward direction.

It can also be a model. As a guideline for uniformity during beating, the objective can be achieved by measuring the freeness, but it is possible to achieve the goal by measuring the freeness.
If it is less than 0 cc, the wire will become clogged, dewatering will be poor, and wire separation will be poor, and transfer to the blanket will be uneven, making it impossible to make paper. Moreover, if the volume is more than 700 cc, the pulp will not be mixed uniformly, the paper strength will not be good, and furthermore, papermaking will become impossible.
