Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a pollution-free sheet useful as a building material, construction material, agricultural material, stockbreeding material, etc., at a low cost while effectively utilizing sawdust, etc., discarded hitherto as industrial wastes by compounding wood flour, etc., with natural fiber, etc., and forming the mixture into a sheet with a wet paper-making machine. 成功したわけであるが、更にはこれの連続シート化に当
ってワイヤー上の目詰り或いは、湿紙を運搬する毛布に
ピックアップさせること、また抄紙中の断紙を如何に防
止してオガ屑、樹皮の脱落のない均一なシートを連続的
に生産するかが最も困難を極めた点である。

ても細か(でもシートは作り得ない。フリーネスが10
0cc以下の場合は、ワイヤー上の目詰りが起り脱水が
悪くワイヤー離れが悪くなり、毛布への転移が不円滑に
なり抄紙不能となる。又、700cc以上の場合はパル
プの混合が均一とならず、紙力も出ず更には抄紙不能に
陥ってしまう。

加し、60メツシユのワイヤーを持った丸網抄紙機を用
いて、米坪100のシートを作った。
