発明の目的
本発明は集合住宅の家庭より排出する有機性廃
棄物を各戸に於いて粉砕し、収集処理を行い、下

発明の構成
本発明の集合住宅の有機性廃棄物処理装置は各
戸に設置されたデイスポーザと、このデイスポー
ザで粉砕された廃棄物を集める配管系統により集
められた廃棄物の固液分離をするフイルターと、
フイルターで分離された固形物を処理する嫌気性
発酵槽と、液分を処理する好気性処理槽とを備え
好気性処理槽をフイルター部と連結し臭気を曝気
に用いるものである。そして、嫌気性発酵槽で廃
棄物(以下生ゴミという)は分解されて発酵ガス
と水になり、廃液は好気性処理槽に溢水され、こ

天井部には発酵ガス利用の配管11を施してお
り、燃焼機器へと連絡されている。また溢水液を
取り出すために溢水管12を設け、配管19を経
て調整槽21に溢水流を導いている。調整槽21
はポンプ23を有し、配管22により第1沈澱槽
24に溢水を導びく。ここで浮遊成分は沈澱し、
一部はポンプ25により配管13を介して嫌気性
発酵槽10に返送され未消化物の発酵をなし、他
の一部は、汚泥として取扱部29より排出され

ー8のスプレーノズル部17に送られ、フイルタ
ー8の洗浄水として利用されるようになつてい
る。この洗浄水とフイルター8により分離された
液分は共に配管14,19を経て調整槽21に流
入させ、水処理するものである。上記した調整槽
21、第1沈澱槽24、曝気槽26、第2沈澱槽
30および処理槽32は互いに連らなつており、
これにより好気性処理槽を構成しているものであ

ポーザのみ取り付け、粉砕廃棄物を全戸集めて嫌
気性発酵を行ない、同時に廃液を好気性処理する
ものである。したがつて生ゴミの処理が何らの手
間を要することなく行なえるものである。また生
ゴミを各戸から収集して発酵を行う事は、投入物
の質・量共に片寄りが少なくなり、安定した発酵
ガスが得られ、利用することができるものであ
る。そしてまた、保守を用するものは、嫌気性発
酵槽10と好気性処理槽であるが、これらが一個
所に集中して設置できるため、その保守作業が容

好気性処理槽に導いて曝気に使用するため、臭気
の発生が効果的に抑えられるという効果を奏して
