せることが出来る様にした製茶用乾燥装置に関す
るものである。

製茶の堆積防止部材を設けた複数の電熱式遠赤外
線輻射セラミツクヒーターを設け、上記回転筒内
に原料製茶を供給すると共に回転筒を回転させる
ことにより、原料製茶を回転筒の一側から他側へ
と移送する間に加熱器により加熱させた回転筒か
らの熱伝導と遠赤外線輻射セラミツクヒーターか
ら輻射される遠赤外線とにより原料製茶を乾燥さ
せたものであるが、この種の装置は遠赤外線輻射
セラミツクヒーターの熱量が不充分である為、原
料製茶を能率良く充分に乾燥させることが出来な
い欠点があつた。

挿入し、この加熱管の一端中心にモーターにより
低速回転する回転軸を突設し、この回転軸を機枠
に取付けた軸受に支持させ、加熱管の他端には受
管を連設し、この受管を機枠に支持させた熱風発
生装置に於ける熱風の吐出管に回転自在に連結
し、焙室の外側上部には排風機を設け、この排風
機に接続させた強制排気管の先端部を回転筒の一
側から内部へ挿入し、上記加熱管内に熱風発生装
置により熱風を供給すると共に加熱管を低速回転
させることにより、断面逆V字形の原料製茶の堆
積防止部材を使用することなく回転筒内に供給し
た原料製茶が加熱管の上面に堆積しない様にし、
又、回転筒内に挿入され得る可能な限り大口径の
加熱管を使用出来る様にし、その加熱管の表面か
ら充分な熱量の輻射熱を発生させると共に回転筒
内の一側から他側へと移送させる原料製茶に対し
て均一に輻射熱を施すことが出来る様にし、この
輻射熱と加熱器で加熱させた回転筒からの熱伝導
とにより原料製茶を能率良く乾燥させ、色香豊か
な製茶に仕上げることが出来る様にしたものであ
る。

り含有水分とむれ香とが放散されると之等含有水
分とむれ香とは排風機21に接続させた強制排気
管22に吸引されて回転筒4外へ速やかに排除さ
れるので、製茶は能率良く色香豊かに乾燥され排
出用シユート24から排出されるものである。

管の内部に熱風を通過させ表面から輻射熱を発生
させる様にしたものであるから、回転筒内の一側
から他側へと原料製茶が移送される過程に於て該
原料製茶が加熱された加熱管上に堆積する虞れが
ないので、不良製茶が生成されることなく、良品
質の製茶を確実に製造出来るものである。
