(産業上の利用分野)
本考案はコーヒーの生豆を焙煎するコーヒー豆

(従来の技術)
従来のコーヒー豆の焙煎機は、裁頭円錐状の回
転ドラム内にコーヒーの生豆を収納し、回転ドラ

ターによつて生豆を焙煎するようにしている(特

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
しかしながら斯かる従来のコーヒー豆の焙煎機
では、回転ドラムとは別体にヒーターを設けてい
るので構造が複雑となり、コストがかかつてい
た。又、裁頭円錐状の傾斜した回転ドラム内にコ
ーヒーの生豆を収納し、回転ドラムの下方に設け
たヒーターで生豆を焙煎しているので、生豆に万
遍なく火を通し、且つ豆の中心部迄焙るのが難し

ム2の内周面に臨んで設けられている。攬拌羽根
5…はドラムの外側に設けられたモーター6によ
つて回転し、ドラム2内に収納されたコーヒーの
生豆7を攬拌する。又、ドラム2の外周面には第
2図に示すように、両端に円周方向に夫々帯状に
ヒーター8の電極9,9が装着され、両電極9,
9間には導電性の物質10例えば酸化皮膜がコー
テイングして焼付されていて、通電することによ
つて遠赤外線が放出される。尚、ヒーター8は第
3図に示すようにドラム2の外周面の円周方向に
間隔をおいて分割して設けても良い。又、ヒータ

分離された薄皮20を吹き飛ばし、排気ダクト1
6を経て、コーヒー焙煎機1の側方に設けられた
回収容器21に回収する。又、ドラム2の側方下
部には孔2cが設けられ、孔2cの外側には開閉
自在の開閉扉22が設けられている。送風ダクト
の下方には焙煎の完了したコーヒー豆を収納する

の焙煎によつて薄皮20が分離され、排煙が発生
するが、これらは送風フアン17によつて発生し
た気流によつて吹き飛ばされ、排気ダクト16を
経て排煙は触媒15で処理されて外部に排出さ
れ、薄皮20は回収容器21に収容される。焙煎
が完了した後、ヒーター8の電源を切り、図示せ
ざる風量調節機によつて送風フアン17を調節
し、強力な大量の冷い気流を発生させてドラム2
内に送り込み、焙煎したコーヒー豆を一気に冷却
させる。冷却が完了した後開閉扉22を開け、気
流によつてコーヒー豆をドラム2の孔2cから送

以上詳述したように本考案によれば、ドラムの
周面上にヒーターの電極を装着し、この電極間に
導電性物質をコーテイングしたので、構造が簡単
で装着が容易になり、製造コストの減少を図るこ
とができる。又、ドラムの周面上にヒーターをコ
ーテイングしたので、コーヒー豆の中心部迄万遍
