Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of equipment by installing both first and second belt conveyors parallely in making the conveying direction into reverse, and setting up a pair of delivery conveyors between both these belt conveyors at a specified interval in the conveying route direction, while constituting these conveyors to be free of lifting motion. CONSTITUTION:A first belt conveyor 1 forming a pallet conveying route and a second belt conveyor 5 forming a skid conveying route are parallel installed in making the conveying direction into reverse, while a pair of delivery conveyors 40, 41, whose delivery route is crossed with the said conveying route, are installed between both these belt conveyors 1 and 5 at a specified interval in the conveying route direction. In addition, these delivery conveyors 40, 41 are constituted to be free of lifting motion to be retractable to or from each conveying surface of both these belt conveyors 1, 5. Multiple pallet receiving parts 17A-27C are formed in a skid 20 being conveyed by the second belt conveyor 5 at a pitch equal to the said specified interval, while through passages 28A-28C are formed in these pallet receiving parts 27A-27C.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this type of equipment, a structure shown in FIG. 7, for example, has been provided. In other words, the main conveyor 62 is formed by arranging a large number of drive rollers 61 in the machine frame 6o.
The skid 63 can be freely conveyed on a fixed path, and the sub conveyor 66 formed by disposing a large number of drive rollers 65 on the machine frame 64 is arranged so that its conveying direction crosses the fixed path. It is set up. The pallet 68 supporting the internal combustion engine 67 reaches the end of the auxiliary conveyor 66, is held by the clamp part 70 of the crane device 69 disposed above, and is lifted up, and then moved above the skid 63 by the traveling of the truck 71. carried, then lowered to skid 6

Problems to be Solved by the Invention According to the conventional method as described above, the pallet 68 supporting the internal combustion engine 67 is lifted by a crane device 69, which increases equipment costs and reduces the internal combustion engine 67. This is dangerous as it may cause the engine 67 to shift position or become dependent. Moreover, empty pallets 68 are still loaded on the recovered skid 63, and therefore, work, equipment, and work space are required to remove the empty pallets 68.

Effects According to the configuration of the present invention, pallets can be replaced with respect to the skid in the following manner. In other words, the skid, which receives empty pallets at each pallet receiving section, is transported on the skid conveyance path, and the front pallet receiving section is positioned above the lower delivery conveyor and stopped. By raising it, an empty pallet received by the front pallet receiver can be lifted. By driving the delivery conveyor in this state, the empty pallet is lifted and removed from the skid. The skid can be positioned above the transfer conveyor, and can be transferred to the first Wk transfer conveyor by descending the transfer conveyor.Next, the second transfer conveyor is driven intermittently to convey the skid by a predetermined pitch, so that the skid at the front is empty. The empty pallet receiving part is located above the upper delivery conveyor, and the pallet receiving part supporting the empty pallet in the middle part is located above the lower delivery conveyor.

Then, with the actual pallet positioned above the upper delivery conveyor on the first transport conveyor, by raising both delivery conveyors, the corresponding real pallet or empty pallet can be lifted. By driving the conveyor in the opposite direction, actual pallets can be carried to the front of the skid, and empty pallets in the middle can be carried out, and by lowering the transfer conveyor, stacking and removal can be performed simultaneously. . In the final work, actual pallets are loaded onto the rear pallet receiving section.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a first transport conveyor, which is composed of a machine frame 2 and a large number of drive rollers 3 disposed on this machine frame 2, and carries pallets 10.
A pallet transport path 4 is formed for transporting the pallet. 5 is the 2nd!11th feed conveyor, which is composed of a machine frame 6 and a large number of drive rollers 7 arranged on this machine frame 6, and a skid 20.
The zero-carrying conveyors 1.5 forming the skid conveying path 8 for conveying are at least partially arranged in parallel,
Further, the transport directions la and 5a are set in opposite directions. The pallet 10 is used exclusively for shipping, and is constructed by arranging a plurality of receivers 12 on a rectangular base plate 11.
The internal combustion engine 15 is connected to the pallet 10 via the receiver 12.
It can be placed on top. The skid 20 includes a left and right pair of front and rear direction members 21, a pair of front and rear left and right members 22 located between the free ends of these front and rear direction members 21, and a space between the front and rear direction members 21 at three intermediate points in the front and rear direction. A pallet frame-shaped bottom frame 24 is formed by connecting left and right intermediate members 23.
is formed. A left-right receiving member 25 is provided inside each left-right member 22 and an intermediate member 23 to be connected between the front-rear member 21, and a left-right receiving member 25 is provided.
Front and rear flesh receiving members 26 are provided between the pallet receiving members 25 and 26 on the inner surface of the longitudinal member 21, and these receiving members 25 and 26 allow the rectangular pallet receiving portions 27A, 27B, and 27C to be spaced at a constant pitch P1 in the longitudinal direction. Three locations (or multiple locations other than three locations may be used) are formed. Furthermore, the internal spaces surrounded by the respective receiving members 25 and 26 allow the passages 28A and 2 to allow the transfer conveyor, which will be described later, to move up and down.
8B and 28C are formed. Vertical frames 29 are erected from the four corners of the bottom frame 24, and between these vertical frames 29, an open path 30 is formed at the side to allow conveyance of the pallet 10 by a delivery conveyor. Note that reinforcing brackets 31 are attached to the lower four corners of the skid 20.

Empty pallets can be efficiently removed from the skid at the same time.

また実パレットや空パレットは、全て下面支持による移

In addition, since all real pallets and empty pallets are transferred by supporting the lower surface, the transfer can always be carried out stably without causing positional shift or falling off.
