Abstract

PURPOSE:To lower the temp. of the wall of an oven and the temp. of the air in the oven almost at the same rate by allowing the cold air for depriving heat from the oven wall to flow not only along the inner oven wall but along the outside. CONSTITUTION:The column oven is formed by a heat-insulating material 11 and the oven wall 12, and an oven door 13 is provided to close the oven and to prevent escape of the heat in the column when a sample is analyzed and so on. A temp. controlling flap 15 is vertically directed while the temp. is controlled to close the space in the column, and horizontally directed during the cooling to introduce cold air. A fan 14 is driven to horizontally rotate the flap 15, and cold air is introduced into the space W, circulated in the space and discharged from the flap part as hot air. The insulating material 11 on the side surface is separated from the oven wall 12 in synchronization with the rotation of the flap 15 with point P as the center, hence a gap is formed between the oven wall 12 and the insulating material 11, and cold air flows into the gap. Consequently, the oven wall 12 is cooled from both surfaces, cold air is brought into contact with the insulating material surface, and the oven is rapidly cooled.

Reference numerals 7'j and 10 are bulkheads, and when cooling the inside of the oven chamber, the foot 9 is placed horizontally to the bulkhead 10 (the rotary flap 90 is not shown), and the passage under the bulkhead 10 is used to cool the room temperature. Air is forced into the tank, and the heat inside the oven chamber is discharged from the passage above the partition wall 10 and cooled by this cold air.Note that 11 indicates the wall of the mesh, and 12 indicates the fan motor.

(c) Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the conventional configuration, even if it was desired to cool the oven chamber in a short time, the temperature of the oven wall itself did not come down easily, making it nearly impossible to cool the oven chamber in a short time.

Also, after confirming that the temperature of the air inside the oven has dropped, close the oven door flap. Since the temperature of the oven wall has not dropped, the air inside the oven will be warmed by the heat from the wall and will rise again. It also had drawbacks such as an increase in temperature.
