回路と、これらドライブ回路に電力を供給するパ
ルストランスとを有し、前記パルストランスに接
続された各々のドライブ回路は各ドライブ回路の
駆動するスイツチング素子の配列順序に沿つて配
置されることにより、各々のドライブ回路からス
イツチング素子までの接続線が相互に交差しない
ようにしたことを特徴とする放電灯点灯装置。 (2) スイツチング素子はMOS型電解効果トラ
ンジスタを用いることを特徴とする請求項(1)に
