Claims (1)
- 超音波発生装置を備えた洗浄槽の内部に、治具
ホルダーを回転可能に配備するとともに、この治
具ホルダーの偏心位置に、複数個の被洗浄物支持
用の治具を回転可能に支承し、これら治具を取付
けた回転支軸のそれぞれに連結した第１ギヤのそ
れぞれを、洗浄槽側に固定されて治具ホルダーの
回転軸心と同心状に配置された第２ギヤに咬合さ
せ、治具ホルダーの回転に連動してそれぞれの治
具が自転するように構成してあることを特徴とす
る超音波洗浄装置。
